the dinner service was excellent, they just lost a business because of covid

We showed up to our reservation for Christmas dinner and they told us that the kitchen was closed and could not honor our reservation.

Some of the food was only slightly warm. While a few dishes were enjoyable, others didn’t quite meet expectations. The service was slow, and it took a while to get drink refills after we requested them. Ver carta

We had a fabulous experience on Christmas with our fantastic server Katelyn. She was very professional, kind, attentive and made our time there extremely enjoyable. The food was delicious and it was very enjoyable sound wise, able to converse and hear each other easily.

Meatballs were actually cold. Server forgot appetizer until we reminded her again. No refills on water unless we asked. Worst of it, they incorrectly prepared the main entree for one of our party and then took so long to remake it, everyone else was done already. Manager did nothing when told about it. Complete disaster.

My experience at the restaurant wasn't quite what I remembered. The service and overall atmosphere were just okay. I was really looking forward to the bread, but it turned out to be hard and not very enjoyable. I usually order the mushroom ravioli, but this time it was overly watery. I haven’t received a response regarding my feedback either. Ver carta

The Hunch Parmigiana was just okay. The Penne Rústica was good, but the portion was quite small. The frost on the drink was too thick with ice; they really should have provided a spoon. I ended up drinking it just before we left, right after paying, because I couldn't get it out of the cup. I’m not really a fan of broth or oil. I didn’t dislike the experience, but I don’t think I’ll return.

Our dinner at Romano's was a mixed experience. The wait to get seated was 40 minutes even with reservations. Sorry to downgrade you because of the wait. We were told the wait time was long because of staffing issues. Sam, our server was outstanding. The The fettuccine, lasagna, and chicken parm were good. The italian chopped salad was way over dressed and had only one piece of prosciutto. The seafood ravioli serving was small. I wish I had more reasons to come back again.

Arrived with reservations made one month in advance and was told we must wait 30 minutes, while others came in and were seated right away. After waiting and complaining we were seated. Food expensive for the small amounts that we received. No salad, one bread for four and no refills. Two plates arrived finally and were cold. I sent my for reheating and one in our party got a take out so he could take it home and reheat it and add parmesan cheese which was not on option here. Two plates arrived about five minutes later and they wer fine, but very small compared to the price!!! Server was pleasant and filled our requests. Not that crowded for such poor quality food.
