"I love this place honestly. A good classic beach dive with really nice people serving behind the bar. We got her Cadillac Margarita (pretty good, 7/10) but I loved her boneless Buffalo-Tenderfries. We have half an order to share, and I have really impressed the part. This place is located right on the beach with good views of the beach. A fun place in Manhattan beach safe."

We were about to take a long sea flight on board and wanted a decent fish meal to support us. We came to SHELLBACK TAVERN on Bill's recommendation. McKenzie was super nice and efficient. We had all delicious fish dishes to send us in our way, we hope to see again! Ver carta

I've been here for years. Great moods and great views. This place is the BEST original beach bar in South Bay.... It's so great that it stayed the same... Only indoors, not outdoors. Credit cards accepted. If you sit on the window, you can see a beautiful sunset. Must love Shellback!

Great Bar near Manhattan Beach Pier. Friendly and efficient Service. Nice selection of Beers, which you can get served in Pitchers ?. Food is okay, not Michelin Star quality, but good for a Pub and you don't wait long for it to arrive ?.Friendly customers but it does get really busy on a Saturday night (so you might have to queue to get in later on)
