Excellent food, wagyu strip steak and ribeye were both out of this world. Creamed truffle corn was phenomenal.

This place has great food and drinks. I would not bring the kids here but it is good for those here without them.

Terrible service and poor management. Made reservations for a party of 12 and confirmed the reservation only to come to the restaurant and they magically lost the reservation???? Clearly poor restaurant management and poor customer service. No attempt was made to correct their mistake. Ver carta

I usually don't give reviews. But tonight was such a pleasant experience I felt I had to. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and such hospitality. Food is definitely not worth the price. $54. For burnt pork belly ,mushy rice and cold broccolini. Our server was excellent but the food was really not good. Having been in the service industry for 26 years the food here was really terrible. I have had better food at Chilis or Cheesecake Factory. Very very expensive food without delivering the quality. Seriously not worth spending $80. a person. A serious disappointment for our first night at Hawks Cay.

Disingenuous and arrogant manager. Upon checking in for a 80th birthday dinner celebration on July 4, we were told we didn 't have a reservation. This is after making the reservation in April and confirming it the day before. The manager told us that no one could make reservations but him from the kiosk at the check in counter. I have no idea how this was supposed to be received as a legitimate explanation, given we spoke to someone on the phone number we called to make a reservation. We were offered outdoor seating and with a explanation but we don 't make reservations out there because the fans need to be replaced and it was oppressively hot outside. $88 bone in-ribeye steak aka carte-was flavorless, huge section of fat and was not a prime cut. Place let’s in screaming kids/babies, loud drunk adults- basically anyone. Cell phones, rowdy drunks. I have no idea how this place has a good review but from I see they are about eight months ago. We came in last night with a reservation and at least positive expectations. Scallops were rubbery and over cooked. Side veggies were okay but nothing special. Waiter Omar was great. Very nice guy. The food is nowhere near what it should be for the hotel. Disappointing Dining Experience at Sixty One Prime My recent visit to Sixty One Prime left me utterly dissatisfied, and I can't help but express my disappointment. Let's start with the food it was mediocre at best. I had higher expectations for a place that markets itself as a prime dining establishment. Sit back and grab a drink, folks. This is going to be a long one. I made reservations for our 16th wedding anniversary this past Friday during a vacation. We aren 't Resort people but do like fine dining and do it frequently. The first surprise was the $25 non-guest valet charge. There was self parking available... somewhere in the distance. The nearest lot was for valet only. We paid the $25. The resort lobby was quite attractive, but the atmosphere was not carried into the restaurant. Grey.
