"Sliders is clearly impacted by the construction going on at the Jordan Grand Hotel. You can't get to the restaurant from inside the property; and the restaurant restrooms are outside. Nice restrooms, but outside. The food was good, albeit a little more expensive than I expected considering the hotel conditions. I had a burger which came with nothing on the side. I added fries, which cost $8. I guess for $8 I thought they might come sprinkled with gold dust. The wine list is decent; the only Cabernet on the list was out of stock (Honig), but they had an alternate that I didnt' care for. I ordered a Barbera, which they said had been opened the day prior. It tasted older than that. I did order a second glass, and at my request, they opened a fresh bottle for me. Our server did a nice job; it can't be easy working on a Monday night when the hotel is so torn up. All in...it's been a while since I was at Sliders; I think I'll wait out the construction until I try again."

Fast, quality food. Our service was excellent as well. (We got here at 11am so your experience may differ if you arrive later)

We have been to Sliders for over 15 years. It used to be a high quality dining experience for our family. This focus seems to be on speed of service with the quality of the food dropping significantly. Good quality service.

Our family has been to Sliders for Italian dinner a few times and we have had a great experience each time. Every person in our group thought the food drinks were great, in a mountainside friendly atmosphere. We brought our 3 and 1 year old and felt well accommodated by the staff. Ver carta

Our waiter, Brian, was great and very attentive. The food and drinks were good. The burger was the favorite. Chicken saltimbocca sandwich didn't have the sage flavor we love and had too much bread. Chicken Marsala was good, but a bit diluted with a lack of mushrooms. The brownie sundae and gelato was great and well liked amongst adults and kids. While we understood the ambience, it was hard to see and read the menu with the lack of overhead light. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and experience.

Was pleasantly surprised since most things at a ski area are a ripoff or right out of the Sysco truck. This was refreshingly good and cheaper than some places in town bethel. The muffelata sandwich was on point and delicious. The bred was especially good. The wings were sizable and well seasoned. The cheese curd fries were basically poutine italienne and very large. Our friends were impressed and the views are worth the extra drive. The hotel is under construction and the temp outside bathroom isn’t the greatest but the improvements will be nice when finished. All told worth the repeat!

Great staff and atmosphere but the cocktails were horrible and food was mediocre. Got 2 margaritas and they were so sour we couldn't drink any of it. Waiter offered us a free dessert, which we declined (see food review), but didn't comp the drinks. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely not 4 and 5 star chefs they advertise. Arancini was room temp and ruined with a maple honey glaze. Not sure who thought that was a good substitute for tomatoes sauce. Margherita flatbread had way too much cheese. 6 slices pizza must have used a full 2-3 balls of mozzarella. At the price point I would not go back. Might be an ok spot for a burger and a beer but I'll stick to the restaurants down the road from n... Ver carta

They have 2 beers that are named close to the same thing that the servers don't bother to clarify about. On top of that, my server didn't happen to notice that fries for 6 people rang up as 24 dollars per fry adding around 130 dollars to our bill. Found this kind of odd on top of the fact that she asked if we wanted sides of fries with all of our meals, again, forgetting to add the additional information that it wasn't included with the 24 dollar burger. She fixed the price of the fries telling us the fries we priced wrong on their computer. Would love to give these people the benefit of a doubt but I expect a lot more from an expensive restaurant at a place I'm already paying to be at for t...

Let 's call this a work in progress. Sunday night football game. Party of 8, only customers in the place, TV 's off at 5pm. Reason was for fine dining experience. Called the manager and got 1 TV turned on for the game. Hotel is under construction and portable restrooms are in place for now. (Wife informed me there was no soap) Food was alright, service was fine. We were told they will not accept cash. If we have cash, go out to front desk of hotel and get a gift card. Our waiter Austin offered to do it for us, which was nice, but still kind of ridiculous. Also a fine dining place called Sliders isn 't really lining up well. Hopefully they will get things sorted out better in the future. Espe...

"Once loyal fans of the mountain room turned NEVER again. Terrible terrible terrible!!! As bad as customer service gets. We had a reservation and the host placed us in the bar area not letting us know that we had no server and had to walk up to the bar to order. After waiting for 20 minutes, I walked up to the host to ask if we had a server. She watched me standing there, while she went on to wipe down the same table TWO times while the restaurant was dead, again watching me stand at the host station. She ended up moving us to a table where we had a waitress. When we said we wanted to order food the waitress looked stressed because the kitchen was closing. Would have been nice to know when the kitchen closed, as we wasted a half hour just sitting there while not one staff member came up to us. It gets better...... The waitress tells her manager that she had to put a food order in as the kitchen was closing and the manager obnoxiously rolled her eyes right in front of us. The waitress told us we had another hour until they stoped serving drinks, so we ordered one more round. A few minutes after receiving our drinks the bartended clapped her hands and yelled out to the entire restaurant time to finish up people we have a gondola to catch . Yikes. You 're not fooling us theyre not going to leave you stranded up here. We get the picture you were ready to be done with your shift. We live in the Portland area and frequent the Grill room on a regular weekly basis, and the mountain room on a regular basis when skiing every weekend. Needless to say we will no longer be stopping at any of the room establishments. Best of luck if you do!!"
