Very clean establishment and super friendly staff.Always fresh and juicy burgers and YES they serve Angry Orchard and other various beers.

oily eating, smelly hired (big woman), found several sham hairs of different people (different color hairs) on toilet seat in the bathroom. always play hippie music.

I had a bad experience at this restaurant. The food was greasy and I discovered a hair in my milkshake. Additionally, the prices were too high for the quality of the food. Ver carta

Burger made wrong, no sauce and they didn't add extra cheese that I paid for. They made my cold brew coffee with milk (allergic to milk). The bag was literally dripping with oil. The tater tots were bathed in oil. It was disgusting.

not all smash burgers are created equal but when the staff and cook are onpoint its a great experience! they just need to be mindful of their salt usage and also have other bacon options but everyone eat pork! if you have vegan burgers black beanburgers you can give us turkey bacon or beef bacon option.

I go here pretty often with a couple of friends. Lately, I have noticed a decrease in the service of this burger joint. The manager who works here is EXTREMELY rude to me and my friends, and the food is so so (would be better without all that grease The manager has yelled at not only me but my friends, so I would steer clear of this place. The delivery was fine except I thought the $7 delivery fee went to the driver so I added $1. I found out otherwise so why would they charge $7 for a delivery. So the poor driver only recieved $1 They're very close to me so why $7 . Unethical. The food wasall salt and when I say that I mean all salt. All I tasted was salt.Do not eat here. Find another burger place. I considermyself honest....again, the burger AND the salad...pure salt.

My friend and I recently went to Smashburger. We ordered drinks and were still eating when another friend arrived with food from another place. As we were eating, a waitress came over and rudely demanded that we leave because one of us had brought outside food. Despite our offer to clean up after ourselves, she insisted that we leave immediately. We had to finish our meals quickly and leave, even though we had bought drinks from the restaurant. The service here is terrible, and I would not recommend dining here.

I recently dined at the Port Washington location for the first time and found the food to be delicious. The manager was very pleasant, but unfortunately, the overall appearance of the restaurant was lacking. There were dirty napkins scattered on the floor, the food counter was untidy with more dirty napkins, and I even noticed the kitchen floor was dirty as well. It is important for a restaurant to maintain cleanliness, especially when serving the public. There is no excuse for a lack of cleanliness in a dining establishment. Ver carta
