The food was good, but cold... my business partner wasn't his meal..

I visited several places, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at each one.

I booked reservation online, but when I got there they said they don’t take reservations. I waited about 20 minutes, and was seated at a table that was still wet and dirty. Didn’t get to taste the food, because I walked out.

We waited in the entryway for about 10-15 minutes without anyone greeting us. Then, when we were finally addressed, we were informed that they don't accept reservations, despite my having made one on OpenTable. How frustrating!

When we arrived was told the location on Cascade doesn’t accept reservations. Which was odd because i booked reservation through Open Table. The ambience vibe for Father’s Day was dope. Food was good but the customer service was ehh. Incorrect pricing on bill, wait staff had attitude, took 20min to get correct bill. Maybe it was a bad day but customers should not feel or experience any frustration. Ver carta

We had a 1 pm reservation and when I spoke with one of the employees I was told if there’s a table that we can fit in then sit down. Well we decided to sit and then waited for 20 min and we were never acknowledged. We got up and left! I had zero confidence at that point that anything would be good. In addition, the music was extremely loud, so a conversation would’ve been close to impossible without screaming. To top it all off, parking is horrible.

There was a bit of a wait even with a reservation but it’s to be understood when there were only 3 people doing everything from waitressing, bar tending being the hosts. This is a great location but the owner clearly doesn’t value his amazing staff. Though the three ladies were overwhelmed by the amount of work they had to take on, they remained very polite and professional. Drinks were good food was good but the owner needs to get it together before he ruins a good thing. Treating people like that is why most are not returning to work. I will return just because of them.

I recently had a virtual brunch "date" with a friend who lives in another state, and this restaurant was the ideal spot for it. From the moment I arrived in the parking lot, I was greeted warmly, and the friendly welcome continued as I entered the restaurant. I was seated exactly at my reservation time with no delays. Dining alone, I found the perfect table for my needs. The noise level was just right—lively enough to create a pleasant atmosphere, yet quiet enough for me to fully enjoy my virtual meet-up. The music selection was fantastic; I enjoyed soca, classic dancehall, and even some Afrobeats! The food, drinks (I had a mimosa carafe), service, and overall ambiance were all exceptional....
