"Sprout was a real disappointment. In Lancaster, where there’s a significant Vietnamese population, this might be the weakest Vietnamese restaurant. My pho broth was meaty, flabby and lukewarm, with no discernible flavors. The rare ribeye was thick, and the basil and sprouts were sparse and old. My wife’s vermicelli bowl was just iceberg and noodles, with no proper fish sauce. The spring rolls were old and springy, and the peanut sauce was goopy. You bus your own table, which would normally be fine, but we spent about $35 for substandard fair, so this additional bit of work felt like a parting slap. Only bright spot was the restroom, which was pretty clean. There are many better choices in Lancaster. For instance, Pho Pasteur never fails to measure up for taste, quality and value."

Took our family here for a late lunch on a weekday. Food was reasonably priced and the place was bright and clean. We've had Pho from all around the country and this was very tasty. No reason to not give 5 stars. Ver carta

I grew up near little Siagon in Garden Grove, California. Some of the best Pho ever is there. This place is right there with them.Broth was clean, not oily, and flavorful. Great umami. Portions are perfect, not too big. Fast service and clean looking kitchen.

It was my first time here, I must say Perfection! Trust me, you will not be disappointed after taking a sip of the broth itself. It is peaceful The sitting area, carefully designed to promote serenity and relaxation, offers a retreat from the chaos outside. As you sit and gaze out the window, savoring each spoonful of the tantalizing pho, you are transported to a realm of tranquility where time seems to stand still. I rate it 100/100

"The only reason this restaurant, if that’s what they call themselves, gets a star is because they have a decent wine list at a reasonable price. Otherwise, our experience tonight was absolutely miserable. A group of healthcare professionals booked a table to celebrate a milestone achievement for one of the programs at the nearby hospital. We ordered two bottles of quite expensive wine worth about $500. Never mind that they didn’t have our first choice; it happens. Then, after quite a long wait, the appetizers came. I have never seen a bruschetta served as pieces of cheap, mushy bread toast separate from the toppings, which came in a salad bowl. It was pretty much a “make your own bruschetta,” and it tasted disgusting. The olives and cheese plate were tasteless. We shrugged it off and ordered the main entrees. Five of us ordered the same main course. After at least 20 more minutes, the waitress returned to inform us that “unfortunately, the dish we had ordered is not available.” By that time, one of us, who had ordered an appetizer as an entree, left without being served because she got tired of waiting. We were quite shocked by the casual, nonchalant attitude, but as we were very hungry, we went with alternative choices, all of which arrived overcooked. Another waiter bringing the dishes had no idea who was ordering what and just threw the plates on the table. Worst of all, there was zero remorse or apology from the staff or the manager, and of course, the check had arrived in full, including the 18% “big party tip.” I won’t even go into minor details, such as the absolutely horrendous French onion soup, forgetting sugar, water, and wine glasses, etc. I don’t know if this establishment has management (no one came to talk to us), but if so, you should be ashamed of how you treated us tonight. Your staff’s attitude was ridiculous, and they obviously take no pride whatsoever in what they do. We paid in full and left. If any of you guys happen to be at the nearby hospital (God forbid), please do come see us. We will teach you what “taking good care of people” is all about, from A to Z. Shame on you for ruining our evening."
