"The wings were absolutely delicious! They had a perfect level of crispiness and were packed with bold flavors and spices. I tried mixing the dry smoke with Ranch Rub and Cajun seasonings, and it was a fantastic combination! The blue cheese dressing was outstanding; if it wasn't homemade, it could easily fool anyone because it's certainly not the kind of thing you'll find in many places. The beef stew was also fantastic! My only critique is that the chefs added a bit too much ground black pepper too early in the cooking process, which made it a bit spicier than necessary and overshadowed some of the stew's other flavors. Overall, though, the stew was really great!"

"This Hardee's allows you to use multiple coupons at once, which is a fantastic feature that other locations often lack. The owner is very accommodating and lets you order with more than one coupon, making this the best Hardee's by far. In comparison, the Sleepy Eye location is just average, and New Ulm's is disappointing. Not all restaurants operate the same way; it really depends on the management. My experience at New Ulm's was so poor that we left without our food and opted for McDonald's instead, where they let us use multiple coupons for three people's meals. I don’t live with my parents and wanted to buy my own food, but was told that wasn’t allowed, which is frustrating. Even McDonald's is more flexible in that regard. The Windom Hardee's deserves credit for their customer service, which is likely why the New Ulm location has a bad reputation. At New Ulm's, you're limited to one coupon, although you could technically use another if you went inside after using one in the drive-thru. That doesn't make sense and has cost them our business for good. I've since told my friends not to eat there either, as the staff could really use some common sense. On a related note, I appreciate that the Hardee's in Windom offers free water, as does McDonald's. I recently heard about a child in Mankato who was denied water at Burger King on a hot day, which could have resulted in a serious accident. It’s essential for workers to show kindness and prioritize customers' well-being. Although I struggle financially, I would gladly give up my paid water to help someone in need. Water should be free everywhere. Thankfully, some places still have staff who show kindness and common sense. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5"

"Waitress was very rude through our chips on the table and walked away Restaurant was not extremely busy. We left as we were never waited on. 3 employees sitting at the bar chatting only one waitress running around trying to serve the few customers there. Never Have we had any problems with service we will probably give it another try in the future. The food is always delicious!! Service: Dine in"

"While the ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant and the staff are generally friendly, the food leaves much to be desired. I ordered the prime rib special cooked medium, along with a salad and a side of vegetables. Unfortunately, the prime rib was undercooked; it was still red in the center when I cut into it. I sent it back to be cooked longer, but when it returned a few minutes later, the middle was still too rare to eat. The server was apologetic and offered to take it back again, but at that point, I lost my confidence in the chef's ability to prepare the dish properly and requested the check instead. I agreed to only pay for the salad and vegetables. When the server returned, she mentioned a discount had been applied. However, another server became rude and made several unnecessary comments about the situation. It's worth noting that I had only taken a couple of bites of the prime rib. In the end, we paid for the salad, vegetables, and my partner's meal and left. We will not be coming back; this was not the first time they failed to cook a meal correctly."
