Subway - Carta

I wish the sandwich was like the one they show on TV. Not even close.....

We loved the food. It's nice to have a different option than hamburgers or other food full of greece.

We showed up 20 minutes before closing, and they had already locked the doors and refused to service the drive-through. We knocked on the window, and they absolutely REFUSED to give service. They literally shook their heads at is saying they would not help us. Ver carta

We were trying to get something to eat for our 20 month old baby. We ordered a 6-inch chicken sandwich, just bread and chicken, no veggies or condiments. They charged us 10.00 for a sandwich... it was not a combo, no drink or chips where ordered. A little price if you ask me.

I waited in the drive-thru for such a long time today that my car battery died. It was incredibly frustrating since I didn't even get the chance to place my order, and there was only one car in front of me. I understand that making sandwiches can take some time, but this situation left me perplexed.

The food and service were satisfactory. However, we had to eat in our car because the lobby was extremely dirty. There wasn't a clean table available, and the floor appeared to have not been swept in hours. We were quite disappointed after our long journey, as we were hoping to take a break from being in the car. Ver carta

Just not the same as it used to be. Not anyone's fault but corporate and their faulty decisions with the interior decor and choice sandwiches. Marinara sauce is different...no more option for chic fajita...round Sandie are all gone out the window for a decade or more now. This place has amazing workers and they need raises too! And expensive as all get out. Even with coupons. That inflation fault though. Where did the chicken breast go?

I am so angry. I ordered food to be delivered at 5:00 for a family member who had surgery and would be getting home around 4:30. About 2:30, I received a text saying it was ready for delivery. When I explained that I had asked to have it delivered at 5:00, make the order for delivery at five. The next thing I know, I received a text saying the order had been canceled and an e-mail that said the same thing. Right in the order I asked for a 5:00 delivery. It is not my fault they did not pay attention. They had my phone number, if they could not do that, they should have texted me and said that, not let me think that the food would be delivered. Now the worst part--they charged me and have not...

I've always been a fan of Subway, and it's been a favorite spot of mine since childhood. Since moving to Snow College in August, I've been grabbing sandwiches from the Ephraim location once or twice a week. Each Subway has its strengths in terms of food quality and customer service, and the customer service at the Ephraim Subway is consistently excellent—only a few times have I experienced anything less than outstanding. The service is quick, and the prices are quite reasonable for a small town. Plus, the convenience of a drive-through is a great bonus. The sandwiches are well-prepared and delicious, and I’ve never been turned down when asking for extra veggies. I highly recommend the Ephrai... Ver carta
