Service and food was outstanding! We had a large party celebrating a birthday and nothing was disappointing at all.

Delicious food and good/friendly/efficient service. Recommend the plant sensation role. 1 star subtracted because it is quite expensive. It costs our group of 2 adults and 3 children $123 (without alcoholic drinks). The adults had sushi and the children had Chinese.

Very grateful for this place in downtown Clayton. It is definitely our favorite. Everything is flavorful and all the dishes and sushi rolls were we tried so far were very good. Our favorite so far is the tuna sandwich appetizer but it is only for those wholike spicy spicy food. Service is fast and mostly friendly.

My vegetarian granddaughter loves this place and convinced me to go. Won ton soup was ok but made with ground chicken and not as flavorful as other wonton soups ive had. The fried rice was horrible didnt eat it gave it to her. And the chicken habachi was bland in flavor. If u like Chinese food like i do this is not a place for u.

Quick and easy dinner, great price with the bogo sushi rolls everyday. Decent appetizers. Overall good experience and a very reasonably priced dinner for two. No wait on a Friday night, although it looked full. I?ll definitely go back again. Only reason for four stars was the basic appetizers, not much flavor on the fried tofu or rolls. Will try something different next time and possibly update my review. Still very much worth going to check it out. Ver carta

I was skeptical of this place at the start due to some of sparse bad reviews but, boy were they wrong. We're originally from Chicago where we had access to lots of really good sushi. But I was pleasantly surprised. Service was wonderful. We werepromptly served drinks, we had appetizers quickly and they were hot, and our sushi was as expected. I was impressed. The varietyof rolls were impressive and everything was super fresh. The place must be popular because the door never stopped opening andthe place was full from when we got here until we left. That alone says alot. Great place, great atmosphere, great sushi!

I refuse to listen to anyone again on sushi because Sushi Iwa in Clayton was the worst sushi I've had in my entire life. It looked absolutely incredible. But the General Tso's was tasteless. You could tell it was store bought because there was nochicken. Only breading. AND the rice and broccoli was tasteless. The sushi and wasabi had a strong ammonia taste to it that sentme straight to the bathroom and let me know that it was not fresh. I've never spit sushi out and REFUSED more sushi. the spicymayo looked like poo and had no taste, and I was brought the wrong sushi. I will never go back. Restaurant was dirty. Food washorrible.
