"I have been here many times but this time this got balls head with glasses was very rude. My fries looks old and I ordered chicken dinner. I asked if they can just charge me for the chicken and not the fries because I don’t like how they look. He replied who should pay for them, I’m not changing the price. You just trying to get something free. So a lady came over and asked what happened I told her she said well he’s probably just frustrated because they been getting complaints a few times today or people not picking up their food. I would sell those all day there’s nothing wrong with them. Maybe to you buti don’t like them full order still on the plate. I said well he shouldn’t be arguing with his customers she replied unfortunately we argue with them a lot. I said that’s not ok. You judged talking want something free. If that’s the case I would have complained snot the whole plate not just fries. People don’t want to pay for the food. Are You kidding me I’m paying for the chicken just don’t want the fries. But, with that being said you don’t talk to people like that. So You gone talk to me bad cause your day messed up. No not acceptable at all!!"

"Went to the menu for food. The website is for sale. Came in got chips and salsa........salsa looks like buffalo sauce. Told the waitress I wanted a STEAK TORTA melanesia ........she asked me BEEF OR CHICKEN. Never heard of chicken steak. Salsa has no flavor. The meat for the steak torta melanesia is rubbery heard to chew. Salsa Verde is weak and taste like pureed green tomatoes. Most of the crowd looked like they were 50 years old plus during lunch rush hour. If you want tasteless Mexican food this is the place for you. If you want authentic Mexican food that tastes good this is not the place for you."

"We visited Mancino's for the first time today to try a grinder, and it was a fantastic choice. The front staff greeted us warmly and patiently answered all our questions. Our food arrived fresh, hot, and quickly. The garlic cheese bread was excellent. We ordered one steak sandwich and one roast beef sandwich, both of which were delicious and generously topped. The manager even came out to ensure everything was satisfactory, which we really appreciated. This place is truly top-notch. We will definitely make the trip to dine here again."

"Absolutely great experience! My husband had the lamb shank, I had the half duck and we shared the escargot as an appetizer. Food was amazing, we personally did not care for sauce with lamb but the meat was tender and tasted great. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very clean. Extremely satisfied all around. Will visit again when in the area. Highly recommend."

"Recently, my parents went to Hoppy Pig and ordered a Greek salad and a Reuben. They called me to let me know they were heading to another restaurant because my mom couldn’t finish the salad due to the lettuce being old and slimy. When I asked if she had brought it to the server’s attention, they said they didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. They picked out the rotten lettuce which was 70% of the plate and left it. This was extremely disappointing to hear, especially since I had recommended the restaurant to them because they wanted to try a new place. I escalated the issue to the owner, but he said that since it wasn’t brought up at the time, he wasn’t going to do anything about it and started questioning me. Since he doesn’t believe it, he can check the cameras. This also goes to show the lack of accountability and customer service. Again, I understand my parents should’ve escalated this while they were there. My recommendation to the owner: Please train your staff and have the chef check the food before serving it. Don’t place spoiled food on a plate, and don’t charge customers $20 for a spoiled salad. My parents both experienced stomach issues afterward. It makes me wonder about the integrity of a kitchen that serves spoiled food just to avoid waste. Recommendation to customers: Hoppy Pig is mediocre at best. Their quality has gone down. Go to Oliver’s or Brickstone for better-quality food. Save your hard earned money and support local businesses who care about the customers."
