Stopped on the way back to TX from FL for some crawfish boudin. Barely made it before closing time, but everyone was still welcoming and friendly! Added a case of boudin balls, too. They even have great ready to eat burgers, dogs, and rice beans. I love it here.

Food is great second time visiting this location since we are from Texas and we have visited the Katy location also....but customer service was uncomfortable and unprofessional at this location , all four ladies up front were watching us like hawks, making us feel very uncomfortable. While researching things for a trip through Louisiana, I came across a YouTube video for the boudin at the Best Stop. I’ve never had boudin (don’t recall seeing it anywhere in PA) so I was curious to try it. We entered the store and noticed it was busy (good sign). After looking around we went to the hot food counter and ordered two types of boudin balls and a smoked boudin link. OMG, why hasn’t someone brought boudin to the northeast. The different boudin balls and the smoked link were absolutely delicious. It’s been about 2 weeks since being at this place and I’m craving it. If you are anywhere close to this shop, Make sure you stop and try the boudin.

The red beans and rice were tasty, but just mush. No beans in it. I understand different people like different things, I just like some beans in mine. The burger was delicious, juicy, and a great size. The boudain addition was definitely worth it. I don't know what kind of bun they used, but it reminded me of a jalepeno bun, kinda sweet. I could eat the burger 3 times a week. The pork chop breading was too hard. I like crunchy, but that was like the wet chop sat in the flour too long type of hard.
