"Great service (Brandon) at the bar gave me the Intel on all my options (as I am vegan) over all really good food amazing service. Will most definitely be coming back each and every time I’m around. Really hard to find vegan options at San Manuel but the cauliflower steak was incredible ! Great combinations, full of flavor I really enjoyed it along with the roasted nuts to start of. The steak pairs amazingly with the pomegranate rye rumble (a drink he suggested) . To end the night I was craving something sweet and asked him about any vegan options for dessert and he suggested the berry sorbet which did not disappoint at all. Simply the best i've had! I find most restaurants along with most ice cream parlors offer really sweet sorbets I usually take one bite and cannot eat anymore since the sugar overpowers the flavoring, but this one was simply perfect taste reminds me to the sorbet sold in Italy. Cant wait to come back!"

I'm giving 5 because our waitress Ariel was phenomenal! Our food was decent, apparently it was a bad night in the kitchen. I will say the brussel sprouts are worth their weight in gold. Ridiculously delicious.

The food is always amazing here. The little bites that the cook prepares are a little different, but great. We had a crust with goat cheese and onion jam. It was a tea and should be put on the menu. They also have an immense selection of wines and spirits. The crab cakes are the best!

By far one of my favorite steak houses. Sate at the bar, because we had no reservations, but the same ingenious service will always provide this facility. The bartender Danny gave us the background to our drinks that were very entertaining. Food was delicious. The file was so tender. I recommend this place to everyone. Ver carta

Birthday celebration at the renovated, upscale Pines Steakhouse was a delectable dining experience. In addition to our various entrees, we received samplings of various horsd'oeuvres from the chef. While the birthday dessert was scrumptious, most noteworthy was the pictured gelato dessert that was served in an edible dish made of sugar. Private and/or semi-private accommodations available for all size groups.

We celebrated a birthday at the newly renovated and upscale Pines Steakhouse, and it was a truly delightful culinary experience. Along with our group, we enjoyed a variety of hors d'oeuvres sent out by the chef. Although the birthday dessert was delicious, the standout was the gelato dessert served in an edible sugar dish; it was exceptional. The restaurant offers private or semi-private accommodations suitable for groups of all sizes.

A reservation is difficult. But if you arrive there when the doors are open, you might be able to board or you can sit at the bar. Service? Joseph and Jeremy, our bartenders and servers were great! Very attentive and great service. Eating? Superb! Look at the pictures! Then look at the food yourself! Delish! Sea Bass, Halibut, Wedge Salat, Mussels, Calamari.... Even the rosemary bites... Great food, great presentation and great service! Ver carta

First time here! I tried the Crab Louie salad which was refreshing and served with a mound of real crab chunks. I would suggest asking for a lemon wedge to squeeze over crab. Absolutely delicious. The Crab cake was delicious although the accompanying avocado had a bitter taste. The meal started with bread and butter service, roasted mixed nuts, and a complementary pineapple marscapone crostini. The staff was attentive and the open bar seating was nice. Next time I will eat in the dining room and try a Ribeye!

One of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. A very impressive menu designed and served with such care and attention to detail. Several dining rooms to choose from each with its own ambience and unique design that are associated with the culture of the casino. They also have some curated artworks that really make the room live. Also the flower arrangements are handmade in-house! Cocktails are delightful and they have an extensive wine and whisky collection with selection that you will find nowhere else. The food knocks out your socks! Every court is art. There is no other restaurant of this calibre in the area that can meet the quality, originality and service.

"I 've been here a couple times, and I plan to go back. On my most recent visit (Thursday, 1/11), I discovered that you can order a Chili Verde omelette and choose Biscuits and Gravy as a side... and being a So Cal native with Southern roots, I naturally tried combining them in their warm flour tortillas (not handmade, I don 't think, but still very high quality). The result? *Legendary*: the Verde is actually surprisingly spicy, and benefits from the buttermilk notes of the gravy (which is a unique hybrid between white and brown, including delicious sausage crumbles that punctuate the experience as little flavor bombs, lol). The biscuits are exactly the consistency you want, being crispy on the outside and oh so malleably doughy at the core, which elevates the tortilla considerably in the mix. Every wall of the place is decorated with local kitsch (road signs and posters galore, including easter eggs for those who know San Bernardino well), and it pulls off the postmodern '50s diner vibe with aplomb, despite the slight uncertainty you might feel in terms of where to actually go when you 're ready to pay the bill (pro tip: just head to the register), and you definitely get the sense that it 's a family owned establishment that intends to be there for a long time, as I hope it does. Shout out to the service, too it wasn 't particularly busy, but the kitchen and front end staff worked extremely well together in order to provide for all the various needs going on (several folks at the bar, three booths (of which I was one), and a to go order being taken care of in the corner) without any lapse in check ins. I only finished half my drink, and when I asked for a to go cup for the rest, she returned with a full cup of fresh soda, along with friendly conversation that made me feel like I 'd been going there for years. tl;dr: Fantastic all around diner, with humble prices and a vast selection of good eats while being provided with the best service this side of Waterman Ave., lol definitely recommend as a destination for both San Bernardino residents and anyone looking for a decent meal."
