"My family had a reunion at the mansion in August. We occupied most of the mansion and the Inn. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and very clean. Upon arrival in the afternoon, the woman who checked us in was not welcoming. She would not let us use the bathroom after a long trip. We arrived between 2pm and 3 pm. She stated that the bathrooms had “been cleaned for tomorrow.” She would not allow my family of about 30-50 ppl gather inside in a room or even outside in the Adirondack chairs. We had to stand in the sun in the parking lot and chat. Some people traveled from Florida, Indiana and others made a long trip from within NYS. Some elderly members use walking devices and had to stand on the gravel while we gathered for the first time in many years. The same woman told family members that the items that were left in the guest room were thrown out. The manager very kindly said he would go get the items that were left behind. Not sure why she would say they were thrown away. This employee left a sour impression gor all of us. The morning receptionist and manager were very kind. Noteworthy details: See above"

The mansion and their staff went ABOVE and BEYOND for our wedding! Their coordinator, Sara..I would have been lost without her. She not only made everything I was envisioning come to life, but she did it all without me having to lift a finger! She’s amazing!! She took care of our somewhat “roudy” wedding party with such grace! She made us feel so comfortable and at home. The mansion itself is worth having your wedding there but the staff and Sara really make this wedding venue top notch!!!!! 100% would do it all over again, here at the mansion. Thank you beyond words!!!!

Sara and staff did an absolutely AMAZING job this weekend for our wedding. They were pleasant and easy to work with for the past 3 years. (Yes 3 years- we were one of the originals from the Esperanza law suit disaster) but in good faith Sara and the mansion team continued working with us and we are so thankful that we decided to go the road we did. I would recommend this event venue to everyone! And will make sure that I spread the good word about the Mansion at Keuka Lake because our weekend was so much better than I ever expected it to be after everything. Thank you again!
