"I have eaten all over the world from casual to fine dining. This experience is by far one of the best I have ever encountered. The food was good but it was the service. I had a young server he was maybe 17 or 18. I had quite a few questions because I am not familiar with their menu. He said, I don’t know but do you mind me going to ask someone. He came back with a perfect solution. Then it was time for me to order wine. I said which is your sweet wine. He said I don’t know anything about the wines, do you mind if I ask someone. They sent one of the managers that informed me most of them are dry. She had in tow two sample that other customers said was fairly sweet. Who does that! Such great customer service. The young man checked on me several times during my dining experience with such a beautiful smile. I said you are so cute. I Probably should have said handsome. He replied with a smile thank you. At the end of my experience he said how was everything thing. I said good. He looked at me with the most sincere smile and eyes and said is there anything I could have done better. In all my travels and experiences know one has ever asked me that question. Thank you Patrick keep up good work."

"We recently visited Delmonico's for my 33rd birthday. My husband had been there previously with his dad but I had never been. It's a nice place, felt cozy and perfect evening lighting. My husband basically had an order planned before we sat down. We met Ethan first, he was a serving assistant who promptly got us set up with waters. Then we met Antoine, our server. He was very friendly and nice. My husband loved their gin selection, they had his favorite which he doesn't see in restaurants very often. We got 2 dirty martinis which were great. Bread came quickly and was nice and warm. My husband got the lobster bisque which was the best thing we tried. It was so good, I should have ordered my own. We split the chilled seafood tower, it was good, oysters were tiny but that is a seasonal thing, we know better but seafood is my favorite and it was my bday! Anyways, we also got the Delmonico steak Oscar style, it was okay, my husband enjoyed it, but I don't think it's what I would order next time. Next time I WILL be getting my own bowl of lobster bisque. When we were ending the meal Antoine asked if there was anything else, my husband had to ask for a dessert menu which made me feel bad like maybe he wanted us to go and not stay for dessert so I mentioned forgetting it but my husband said crème brulee was my favorite so I deserved it on my bday and ordered it, it was pretty good. Overall it was a nice dinner, nice place, good service. It's not the whole celebratory vibe but it's a solid dinner w/ good bisque!!"

"I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant, where the highlight was definitely the fantastic homemade French fries. The service was attentive and friendly, earning a solid rating of 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was also inviting and comfortable, matching the service perfectly. For a meal priced around $10 to $20 per person, I was very satisfied with both the food and service, which I would rate at 4 as well. If you're visiting, I highly recommend trying the sandwiches—they're a must!"

"Lockkeepers is our destination for birthdays and annual days. the ambiente has unique charms of the ohio and erie canal, with raffiness and comfortable seating. the menu is not big, but we felt free to make substitutions and adjustments that our server gretchen was happy to support. we love the escape and salate and the selection of the first plates. brot and a delightful oil-himb spread are always served. I almost always choose the roasted beet salad for a part of my meal; it is rare if ever offered in other restaurants, and is completely satisfied. my wife enjoys the salmon combinations, and her tomatenartichoke bisquee is hearty."
