"This location a full of nasty rude employees that constantly claim the ice cap machine is broken anytime it’s cold out they dictate what drink they’ll let you order my mom has cancer and is severely ill and that is the only reason I come is to get her an iced Capp because she loves them and I’ve noticed a pattern that it’s always broken if it’s a cold day..I can go to Starbucks and get a frozen drink anyway or any smoothie place they shouldn’t be not offering items on your menu just because it is a little cold. Also there is a man that works there later in the day he is so rude for no reason at all..messed up my order and then refused to speak to me the rest of the time even after I told him to have a nice night..nothing just slammed window. Crazy"
