There were plenty of staff members working today, which helped move the line along quickly. The food and drinks were both enjoyable.

Karnesha is a wonderful young lady; she's very approachable and down-to-earth. She assisted me with everything I needed and has a great positive attitude! This is exactly the kind of staff we need in the morning!

The classic Iced Cappuccino is delicious at this restaurant! They consistently make them with a thick and creamy texture. Currently, only the drive-thru is open (as of 10/8/21). You can also order through the app and pick up your drink by using the drive-thru.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru due to the behavior of a staff member named Tiffany. She was incredibly rude and sarcastic, which I found very unprofessional. When I requested to speak to the supervisor, they only defended Tiffany's attitude instead of addressing my concerns. It seems that Tiffany doesn't enjoy providing customer service or answering customer questions. It makes me wonder why someone with such a negative attitude would work in this field. If you find yourself dealing with Tiffany at this Tim Hortons location, be ready for subpar customer service.

Came through the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons location this morning, and had the worst experience possible. The girl at the window whom was a portly white blonde woman with glasses was incredibly rude because she made a mistake and got my order incorrect. After that, I pulled off only to realize the biscuits from my sandwiches were as hard as rocks and entirely inedible. I called to speak to a manager and was put on the phone with a woman who spoke garbled and unintelligibly, and offered me nothing other than a poorly articulated and insincere apology. Will never patronize a Tim Hortons again after having several bottom tier experiences with their employees. Ver carta
