"The wings at this restaurant were disappointing. They were overcooked and had the wrong flavor that I requested. The first order of wings was cold and not roasted as I had asked for. When the second order arrived an hour later, it was also cold. The manager, Mr. David, was friendly but did not understand the concept of true customer service. He thought attempting to correct the order three times was adequate, but I disagreed. I felt like I was being punished for wanting hot food. The whole experience lasted three hours and ruined my Super Bowl experience. Despite this, I paid the bill in full with a tip for the server, Mr. Darius, who was not at fault for the issues. The manager seemed more interested in flirting with other customers than ensuring my satisfaction. I left the restaurant hungry and missed most of the game. I will not be returning to this restaurant for any special occasions in the future. The manager's attitude was disappointing, and he failed to understand my concerns about the quality of the wings. I will be looking for a new spot to enjoy wings in the future, as this restaurant did not meet my expectations."

first, kudos to take up our big group - but the place is huge. our server was great, but she had ZERO help. the room was less than half full, but the kitchen.

Had bad experience waited 45 minutes at our table for our food and didn't get uIt!! The manager apologies for the wait but still didn't get our food and the said our order was push back! Didn't understand any of that we left with a hungry teenager . Never again

Wow. This place was incredibly below average. The service at the bar was pretty bad. The food was mostly room temp if not colder and the famous never frozen wings were cold and very under cooked. Not a huge fan of slimy **** chicken wings. We will not be coming back...

Do not visit this Taco Mac site after 11:00! I have the slightest indication of how it is during the day, but in the night it is getting worse. We ordered Shrimps Tacos wait 40 minutes back to the hotel room to find Steak Tacos rice with pecans and blue cheese swimming in it. I called them to correct them that I was on my way. The wings are great. Our dining in service was good as well. The waitress attended to our needs in a timely manner and made sure our drinks were always full. I do NOT recommend placing take out orders however. They are ALWAYS late by at least 30 minutes to an hour. This is the second time we have had to wait over 30 minutes to pick up an order without any explanation as to why they were late.

I ordered online at this taco Mac, when I ordered it was at 12:45am therefore I ordered for pickup at 1am, somehow they had it listed as pickup for the following afternoon, I was told this after I drive all the way to pickup the food, the following day I did not expect the food or to be charged and I was right, I received absolutely no food however they made sure that my card was still charged the following day

My husband and I went to this restaurant yesterday for the first time. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience as the food and drinks were terrible. The waitress recommended some items on the menu that were also not good. We ordered two margaritas which turned out to be completely different drinks. Taco Mac was the jam back in the day but always feel like something is off at this location. I came here for Beer of the Month which features a sweet little giveaway by the sponsoring brewery. This month it is Scofflaw. I came here just after 5 pm for happy hour. The bar wasn't super busy but me a couple other customers were waiting like 15-20 minutes for our beers because the keg popped. My friend and I decided to come to this restaurant for the Super Bowl, even though we had a bad experience before. We really just wanted Taco Mac and didn't want to go far to another place. Surprisingly, we were able to get a table right away since the restaurant was quite busy. We were seated at a unique circular booth in the back of the bar with two TVs to ourselves, which was perfect for the occasion. Our server, Jordan, was absolutely amazing!
