TAKES AN HOUR THEY STILL MANAGE TO MESS UP. ALWAYS SOMETHING. IF ITS NOT MY FRIES AND CHICKEN COLD, ITS MY POP NOT COMING WITH MY ORDER, OR THE INCORRECT POP. SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE WITH YOUR PHONE STAFF. SPREADING THE WORD OF THE LACK OF CARE FOR THE MEALS BEING MADE

I order so much that they’re probably sick of me one of the best spots in the neighborhood. Amazing pricing and even better portions!! I recommend the chicken tenders, lasagna with meat, italian beef, and pizza! Sometimes they do forget part of the order, but that’s just what running a successful business is like! They always correct it as well.

Absolutely love VP! My family and I have been ordering from here for at least 26 years and they never disappoint. A special thanks to James (who is one of the guys that takes phone orders) for his awesome customer service and demeanor no matter how busy they are. Ordered a 14 ' ' thin crust pizza was told 20 min. That took 40 min. gave away my pizza then made another..after 25 min the casher keep saying a few min. That turned to forty....bought fries at the beginning was told 5 to ten min. He gave me luke warm and stale fries…he remade the fries and stated they came from the hot batch..why not at first. And the price on the sing was 2.25.. Charged me 3.06.????

Was going to order from this place today, but,once I asked the owner if my pizza will arrive cold,like last time,he became very unprofessional and huffed about,why didn't I call to complain then, because most.people,who complain are looking for free food food.I assured him that, that's why I didn't call,and to rest assure,that, I have a very,very,very,great job, and I ain't looking for no free meals and I decided not to order from this place anymore, it sad though,

I will not Order from there again!!! I ordered a chicken salad through Grub Hub. I was told that my order would take about 45 minutes. I received my salad only to find out that when I opened it up, it smelled very old. None of the ingredients smelled fresh. I have ordered from here so many times… I have shown this place love on my Facebook group, I have sent them business. And the guy who answered the phone told me they didn 't have my address on file and I knew for a fact he was LYING, then continued to ensure me that 'He 's the Boss” and he makes the rules as he continues to argue with me based off the foundation of his lies… which is funny because I always thought the customers who has made you thousands and spent thousands would be the boss b … – show

The food was really good and the 18” pizza was enormous. The issue is that the prices on the website do not reflect what I was charged and I was not notified of the changes in prices while on the phone. There is supposed to be a $16 Friday night special which turned out to be $17. The pizza is definitely worth $17 and I understand if prices do go up, but I thought there was an error on the bill between that and the “miscellaneous charge” of $1 on my bill. I buy their medium all the time, my wife or kids go pick it up. So much so that we had a pile up of 2 medium pizza boxes from them left in our kitchen. Ordered a large and received a pizza in the same size box(medium). I questioned them about it, as it was a clear display of them downsizing their portions.
