Every time I order a pizza it gets here mangled like someone dropped it $52 spent and I get a pizza that isn’t even edible and the worst part is this happened more than twice I don’t know why I keep ordering from here.

Whenever I order a pizza, it always arrives in a mangled state as if someone dropped it. I have spent $52 on a pizza that is not even edible, and this has happened more than twice. I don't understand why I continue to order from this restaurant.

?Never going back again I got 2 slices. One slice was cold. I also got the loaded fries but it's only half of the box. Ripped me off.....Update So after I got done eating the food it made my stomach hurt and I have diarrhea know and I'm sick to my stomachI'm never eating here again ?????? ? Ver carta

The family and I have ordered from here every pizza night we have had in years! We love it great taste good quality they are fast. If ever it will take longer than the norm they let us know forward. The staff is always friendly and personable, I never had any problems. The wings and fries are good too! If you place your order online you will also get rewards and discounts. Definitely recommend this place!

The service was horrible I used to eat here when I lived in Chicago and loved the food so while visiting this was a stop I really made very intentionally, I could have had pizza from places more convenient to me, but I went out the way to come here. The attendant was very rude and snappy. No one was present waiting to order and he pressured us to order quickly and responded with rude remarks as if we were bothering him.

I have always had a great experience at this restaurant until today. Unfortunately, during my visit, I found three hairs in our pizza. When my wife found the first one, we tried to ignore it and keep eating, but then my son and I found more. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and love the flavor of the food, but this experience was not up to par. The manager, Jose, was not helpful when I tried to assist him in finding my transaction online. He called me ignorant and made me feel like a liar. I suggest that the restaurant staff wear hair nets to prevent this from happening again, especially during the current pandemic. Ver carta
