Outstanding food and service as usual. I was surprised there weren’t more diners here on a Wednesday evening

Perfectly grilled Niman Ranch rib-eye porkchops, great crabcakes, perfect side dishes with fresh nicely grilled vegetables, polenta.

The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Our waitress, Page, was fabulous, kind and attentive. We enjoy this small restaurant and it's creative dishes. Ver carta

Delicious food but closes very early in the evening. Waiter/host seemed annoyed and didn’t stand long by the table. We would ask him a question and he would answer as he walked away. The food though, impeccable.

Would give them 10 if we could. BEST food we have had in ages (and we’re picky). Amazing duck confit, preceded by great Cesar’s salad. Lovely crème brûlée to finish it off. Service was quick and attentive. The only thing we missed was a pre-dinner cocktail. Wine was good but we would have loved a cocktail. Can’t wait to go back!!!!!

A hidden gem. It was our first time at Le Sen. We were in search of traditional French food and we found a great place. Service was excellent, food was wonderful. We had a five course meal at a reasonable price. We prefer the front of the restaurant, the back seemed to be for larger groups and a bit more noisy. We had a wonderful experience and we are looking forward to bring our friends and try other menu items. Ver carta

We had a delightful early evening. Received a window seat, as requested. Split the escargot. It was yummy but the snails were small in size. My husband had the pan roasted duck breast with baqarade sauce. The breast was perfectly cooked and tender. The sauce was to die for. Could have licked the plate if we were home alone! Sauteed mussels in a cream and garlic french fries were excellent. Connor was or waiter and he Friendly and efficient.

Prior to COVID Le Sen was a favorite. We recently returned for our first visit post COVID. What a disappointment! It's like it's under new management and chef even though the menu is the same. The dipping sauce for the bread was over powered with vinegar. When did vinegar enhance bread.The pair salad was excellent and set up expectations for the entrees.The escargot was acceptable but the actual snails were unusually small, and the dish lacked enough garlic. The coq au vin was awful. It had roasted Brussel sprouts but they were actually heavily burned giving the sauce a burned flavor. Brussel sprouts in coq au vin? I don't think so. We have always enjoyed eating at La Sen Bistr,o going back to when the original location opened in Concord. The menu remains fairly consistent, although nightly specials are offered across courses. We started with the beef steak tartare which is wonderful and beautifully presented. Also highly recommend among appetizers the escargot, duck liver pate, and sharing the crab cake entrée. We both ordered the duck breast which is a favorite and it did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly, delicious sauce, and served with a tasty polenta cake.
