Cute little old place with excellent food. Reasonably priced for FL. The owner is a sweet short lady and very appreciative of your business. Had broiled grouper with a choice of 2 sides. $16.99

Wachula family restaurant, is a fabulous stop for lunch or dinner. I tried her burgers who are the best in town. Her Chicken Parm is delicious, her Gyros are great. Give them an attempt, you will not be disappointed! I wish they were open at the weekend.

If you look at the outside you will be,surprised when you walk in. The food for 11 people was served altogether, it was great tasting and the service was fantastic for a group of that size. Beats out most restaurants in wauchula. "Don't order the Linguine with White Clam Sauce. Our party had 2 orders and not sure what you would call it, but it was a poor example of a pasta with white clam sauce. We order garlic rolls, and plain bread. Never got the garlic rolls! Then rest of the food was just okay. My friend wanted me to add that we ordered a White Pizza to go, which when we arrived home and opened the box we found it to be surprisingly uncooked. Play it safe and order you pizza well done! Lastly my friend told the server that he should of told us the the Pasta with White Clam Sauce had no Clams or Sauce on it and would be so spicy hot to the point of almost not edible. At the end of all this we suggested to the server that you should put a description under that dish on your menu. Or describe the dishes ordered. He replied, well you'll now know for next time what your getting. We replied that there won't be a next time. As for the White Pizza, thats in the trash."

"On the salad bar you had everything to make a pretty decent Greek salad and I had a feeling there may be some Greek ownership of the Nicholas Family Restaurant I'm just taking a guess here there's a lot of Olives so you know and they do a lot of Italian and Greek food and those are basically in a sense I'll kind of based on Greek food anyway I was torn between eating this beautiful grouper and they also had some wonderful veal options and I ended up settling on the fish but I definitely before I leave town we'll have to try it again it's a wonderfully interesting place"

"Terrible food ,AGAIN! We tried this place 3 times now ,no difference in the first 2 times. Ordered salad bar ,nothing but lettuce ,cucumbers and tomatoes, just very little dressing. 2 couples came in wanted salad bar, but left cause wasn't nothing on salad bar,so they lost 4 more customers. My uncle ordered grilled cheese ,cheese wasn't even melted,husband's burger was cooked way to long, probably couldn't use a knife to cut it. For the prices ,they should have a better cook and service.. We will not be back again."
