Wendy's - Carta

Food is okay. Always busy. Service seems a little impatient sometimes.

For fast food, they are second only to chick fil a. Good service, good food.

Food was made quickly and was fresh. The woman at the counter was friendly and fun to talk to. Ver carta

I do love your apple pecan salad, but, for the second time in a row, you did not send me any pecans! Its an apple PECAN salad! Very disappointed!

Slow. Waited a solid 5 minutes just to get someone to take my order. Super backed up and trying to train a new person. Other than that, the woman who took my order was very nice and doing her best!

Oh gosh, the burger was terrible. I don't think there was an once of flavor. They didn't have lemonade, which was a bummer. And no sprite. The people weren't particularly special just doing their job. Getting paid. And I get it. But that burger sucked. Ver carta

The breakfast English muffin sandwiches can be quite hit or miss. Out of 14 tries, I found that 7 times the English muffin was so hard that it was nearly inedible. On one occasion, the egg had a rotten smell, making the sandwich completely unappetizing.

Went to Wendy’s for breakfast, morning staff was incredibly rude. They didn’t give me part of my order so when I went back through they gave me what it was missing, but it was the wrong size. I already had gone through the drive-through twice and at that point for my order to STILL be wrong

Y?all have to do something about the drive thru line being wrapped around the building. The dining room door was locked so I wasn?t able to order inside. I understand if you?re busy but short staffed is not an excuse anymore Pay people more and theywill come work. You don?t even have to raise the prices because if you would accommodate all customers you would capture thesales being lost from people that don?t have 45 minutes to sit in a drive thru line.
