"I had dinner at this restaurant last night. We only ordered drinks and burgers. Unfortunately, the service was lacking and the food arrived cold (and overcooked). The server did not check on us during our meal, so I was unable to address the issue until after we had finished. Although they comped our appetizer, there was no apology given. The server's attitude was as cold as the food. This was our second disappointing experience out of the last three visits. On the third visit, the restaurant was closed despite their website stating they were open. There are much better dining options in the area, so we will not be returning."

"I recently visited Twisted Burger and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. The burgers were delicious with a great taste and generous size. The flavors were amazing and truly made for an enjoyable meal. In addition to the burgers, we also tried the shakes which were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. What stood out to me was the kindness of the cashier, who mentioned that the owner sometimes chooses customers at random to pay for their orders. This small gesture truly made our experience at Twisted Burger even more memorable. My kids were also thrilled with their burgers and shakes, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend Twisted Burger to anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service. It's not often that you find a restaurant that truly exceeds your expectations, but Twisted Burger did just that. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience."

"The food was excellent. Be sure to try the pizza roll appetizer it's excellent. 2 of us had the grilled shrimp, and they are great served on skewers with garlic mashed potatoes and a salad. The other 2 had the 2 item rib brisket combo, which also had the garlic mashed potatoes and another side. We all loved our food it was exceptionally good. The service was attentive. Personally my only complaint is the restaurant was so cold, I was actually shivering by the time we finished. Food got cold very quickly due to the low temperature in the room. Give BBQ Productions a try. You won't be disappointed."

"This is a carry out only location in Third Lake. I have been doing the carry out thing for years and I almost always get the frozen spinach pizza. I like to have one on hand for pizza emergencies. I throw some thinly sliced onions on before baking and the pizza is always, always delicious. The loss of stars is for gradually but steadily shrinking the thickness of the “deep dish “ pizza. It used to be that the foil pan it comes in was just the right height to hold the pizza without the cardboard cover smashing the top. Now, the pizza is only 1/4 of the height of the pan. Lots of room for what, air? No it doesn’t get thicker when it warms up for 30-35 min. 425 degrees. I don’t think it’s much higher than the frozen thin crust pizzas now available in the freezer. At least those are set in shallow pans and wrapped in clear cellophane so what you see is what you get. It’s not a fluke, every pizza I buy is like this. People who order online and ship to friends, just know they will NOT be getting the deep dish pan pizza of yesteryears. I guess “Deep Dish” is relative. Think of this “deep” as the deep end of the baby pool. Concomitant to the decrease in size is an increase in the cost. At least the pizza is still tasty."
