Wingstop - Carta

People working was alittle iffy on attitude. Food was barely seasoned, fries was soggy. I usually love wingstop. But this was very iffy this time.

This place has me wait for over an hour an I paid in person. I?m seeing the call in order thirty minutes later. You need to hire more people. That knows what they are doing.

They never answer their phones—literally never. It takes about 20 calls before they finally decide to pick up. Plus, they only manage to get the order right half the time. It's unbelievable. Ver carta

I've lived in every CONUS timezone. I've eaten wingstop all over the country. This specific location is the worst one I've ever seen and can not meet the expectation set by other franchise locations. The kitchen is constantly filthy and the over all quality of the food is appalling.

If you're craving soggy or cold French fries, then Edwardsville Wingstop is the place for you. I've had the same problem with my orders four times in a row now. This is definitely the worst Wingstop in the area. They frequently fall behind, which leads to consistently undercooked fries.

Young precious black dread lock brace face girl helped a black door dasher and didn?t hassle him at all. We were white door dashers and she was really rude and discriminatory towards us, really bad attitude. We will never eat at the store. Evenhesitate to deliver for this store because of her. Doesn’t answer the phone EVER. I had a question before placing an order and ended up getting Buffalo Wild Wings instead after trying to call 4 times, I even waited a handful of minutes before the next try in case they were busy with customers… This location has really gone downhill service wise. It’s a bummer because it’s one of our favorites.

Worst wings you can buy anywhere! I think it being a small order (8 pc) with 2 flavors. They looked and tasted like they where cooked, covered in oil that washed away the seasoning. I went to Buffalo wild wings a week ago and the order was made with love.The wings were bigger and the seasoning was incredible. I will never buy wings from wing stop!!

Order online? the wings were correct. We didn?t get the two order of fries, we didn?t get four ranches, instead we got two ranches and whatever the yellow stuff is. We called up there and told them we didn?t get the two fries, they said come back andwe?ll get the fries for you. So, we drove back up there they gave us one fry and then told us that we only ordered 2 ranches?clearly the receipt states otherwise. If you decided to order from here I?d be double checking everything at the counter becauseclearly the people working there can?t read and don?t care. Ver carta
