Absolutely the most fresh and flavorful food I have eaten in the valley! We love the yellow curry and Thai peanut stir fry. The dishes aren't salty or greasy, and portions are huge! We always have leftovers. Friendly staff too.

One of our favorite local spots! The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere could use some improvement, but we usually opt for takeout when hosting, and it works perfectly! You definitely have to try the Hoh Mok Salmon!!!

I genuinely want to enjoy their food! Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in quality over the years. It used to be excellent. The green curry was overly salty, and the drunken noodles were bland and tasteless. Supporting local businesses is important, but unless the quality returns to what I remember from a few years ago, I probably won’t be dining there again. Ver carta

The Mango Curry (spicy) was absolutely delicious! The blend of spices allowed me to savor the sweet and flavorful notes of the vegetables as well. The portion was large enough for two meals, making it a great value compared to other dishes. To top it off, the mango, sticky rice, and homemade ice cream were the perfect finish. This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Oregon!

Hands down, the best Thai food I had (except Thailand). The flavors are perfect, the vegetables are fresh and hearty, and the portions are incredibly generous. You can taste the love and care that goes into every dish that is processed. Do not judge this place by the outer look and the logger decor inside. It only adds the charm of experience and I promise you that you will go back and see it in a completely new light after you have eaten once. They also have a good selection of design beer! It's a 2-hour drive around me to go to Woodsman and worth every mile.

The pad Thai is absolutely fantastic. If you haven't tried it yet, you're really missing out. They have a selection of Oregon Trail beers on tap, and I’ve heard they even make their own ice cream. While the American dishes are tasty, the Thai offerings are truly exceptional, and you get generous portions for the price. I'm looking forward to checking out the Nectar Creek Tap Room that just opened across the street. I wouldn’t mind enjoying a few meads before or after my meal at Woodsman. The service here is also commendable; they’re attentive without being intrusive, always there when I need something but allowing me to enjoy my meal and conversation in peace. Ver carta
