"Our waiter, Gary, was extremely unprofessional. He took our orders—nine in total—without writing anything down, then left to get a pencil. We ended up repeating our orders three times. He did manage to bring out the first round of drinks, which were quite good, but we never received our second round.
Out of the nine meals ordered, only seven were served. When we inquired about the missing two, Gary asked us what we had ordered and admitted he didn’t remember. Despite having taken the orders, he brought two plates of completely different dishes that no one had requested. By this time, everyone was done with their meals, and the other two were still waiting. When we asked to speak with the manager, he came over from behind the bar while Gary stood behind him, apparently unaware of the situation. The manager's excuse was that he had submitted the orders, but the kitchen had messed up. At that point, we didn’t want the meals anymore since everyone else had finished eating.
After that, we waited for our checks, but Gary had mysteriously vanished, and no one could find him. It was incredibly frustrating! We will absolutely NEVER return to this restaurant. The whole experience was disorganized and unprofessional."
