"The customer service I received from one of the employees was very disappointing. After my friend and I ordered our double scoops, we went to the cash register. Inside the store, there was a small sign encouraging customers to download the Baskin Robbins app. I did so, thinking I could get a free scoop if I signed up. I was right, as the app offered a "welcome scoop". I showed the cashier the free scoop code, but she said I couldn't use it because we both got double scoops. I suggested she just charge us for one single scoop and one double, and that could be my free welcome scoop. She insisted it would be more expensive, which made no sense, as a single scoop costs less than a double scoop. After some back and forth, she finally changed the order and the total was actually less, as I had suggested from the beginning. As we were paying, another woman was leaving the store and the cashier said something disrespectful about her in Spanish, assuming I wouldn't understand. It was completely uncalled for and rude. If she had focused on her job and basic math, she wouldn't have been frustrated with a paying customer. Needless to say, I won't be returning due to the lack of respect."
