"I’ve been going to La Madeleine for years and have always loved it. Recently we placed an order for pickup at this location and when we got home, the pesto pasta had no pesto sauce on it, the potato galette had no seasoning and was not fresh and I didn’t receive the croutons and chives for my soup. It was disappointing because we were hungry and they were closing within the hour and we were not going to drive 30 mins back for them to remake it. I called and spoke to the manager Callie and sent her an email showing the pictures and my receipt. She apologized for the inconvenience and wanted to make it right so she sent us gift cards to use in the future. She said she would be communicating the issue with management and the prep team so they can make sure not to make this mistake again."

"Our family enjoys visiting this location. The atmosphere is lovely and the food is delicious, particularly the flo fillet steak. However, there seems to be a recurring issue with getting the LH burger order correct. Despite specifying that my brother is allergic to bacon, it has been added to the burger on multiple occasions. They did provide a replacement once we brought it to their attention, but this mistake is becoming frustrating for my dad, who loves this restaurant. I am disappointed by this repeated error."

"On a Tuesday night, there were plenty of outdoor seats available, but the beer selection was rather disappointing. The karaoke was entertaining thanks to some colorful characters, but the food left a lot to be desired. The fries were limp and cold, which we suspect was partly due to a mix-up with an order involving mushrooms that had to be corrected before serving. That saved the experience just enough for a rating of 3 stars instead of 2. However, the waitress was friendly!"

"First, I called to see if a reservation was required or if there was a wait. I was told they were full with no reservations left for the day. This was on a Saturday at 2:15 pm. I check the availability via Open Table and saw indeed I could make a reservation and proceed to do so for a party if 3 at 2:45 pm. I then called just to confirm my reservation and indeed she had us down, all the while driving to this restaurant. I just figured they held a number of tables for Open Table bookings. When we arrived to our amazement the whole restaurant only had 3 tables that were full. Upon entering and checking in, the hostess greeted us and stated table for 3 (while grabbing 3 menus)? I replied yes, I had a reservation for giving her my last name . Food on the menu looked great but the Mac n cheese with short ribs tasted like regular Mac n cheese. My spouse sent it back. The pork chops were tender but there was just too much sauce on the top of them. My spouse decided he would try the spaghetti and meat balls. Not! The manager did come over after we sent the Mac b cheese dish back. We did ask him how the spaghetti was and he stated that was the one dish even he had not tried since becoming manager. We didn 't send the spaghetti back. We ask for it to go. Did not want to seem rude. The food here was just not that good. We will not be going back. On a good note: the waiter provided great service and answered all our questions regarding the menu for first time visitors. The manager was very accommodating and polite."

"3.5 wasn 't an option so I rounded up. Know what you want to get from this place. Tips or recommendations aren 't given as freely as other places I go to. When asked what 's popular, I was told this is a Vietnamese place. Hmm I kinda know that but, was wondering what is it that people come here for. Guy mentioned there 's ramen on the front (somehow I thought that was not Vietnamese...I guess I am not Viet enough). At least I don 't eat Viet food enough and I get my ramen from Japanese places. I ended ordering a rice plate that didn 't come with egg rolls like most other Vietnamese restaurants I go to. You have to order it as a separate appetizer he told me. Then there are 2 different types of egg rolls something called netted egg rolls . I 've never seen this at other Viet places but was told that this is a very Vietnamese type of egg roll, other places just don 't have them. It 's not bad, just very different. It 's kind of similar to the fried taro dim sum thing that I 'd get at Chinese restaurants. I prefer the regular Vietnamese egg rolls that the other places serve. A side of chicken broth is also not included in with rice plates here. You need to add it on to your meals. It 's something that I got use to getting together with my rice plates here. The different types of veggies here are great though. Squash and zucchini. Very different from other places but it 's good. The veggies are the best thing here from my visit. The brown sauce is not good. If you want fish sauce you have to ask for it and it 's a tiny container. I normally like my rice wet with the sauce and would like 5-6 of those tiny containers....I usually get them in a bowl and sometimes ask for a second bowl too. It 's delicious when there 's the sauce! Just don 't spill it on your body or you 'll smell stinky and fishy! I didn 't ask for extra since this is not a place that service is highlighted and I just didn 't want to bother the guy. He didn 't seem to like to answer Qs about the food or things when I asked much. You get your own silverware from the table. Sauces from the side counter, etc....don 't expect spectacular service here. This is my first time here. Not sure if I 'd come back. My usual place I eat when working in the area is Ahi Poke or Sweet Lemon for less or about the same price. I 'd stick to one of my usual next time where servers are friendlier and there 's wifi to get work done during munching time"

"When I opened my food, I realized that my pastrami sandwich was completely devoid of meat! I couldn’t believe it. I had specifically ordered a sandwich with pastrami, lettuce, tomato, and some basic toppings, but they had only included the fixings without the main ingredient. I called the restaurant and spoke with Jason, who identified himself as the manager. When I explained the issue, his first response was to tell me to contact DoorDash, as if it were their fault for the mix-up. I calmly explained that this was clearly a restaurant mistake and not related to the delivery service. He then offered for me to come in either today or tomorrow to get a replacement sandwich. I had to inform him that this was frustrating because I paid for the delivery service to avoid leaving the house in the first place. Now I was being asked to drive to the restaurant to fix their mistake. At no point did Jason acknowledge the inconvenience this caused me or offer a reasonable solution, such as a refund or an apology. Instead, he came off as immature and defensive. It’s disappointing to see this kind of service, especially from someone in a management position. Overall, I hope someone with more experience can help guide him in dealing with customer service effectively."

"It was my first time visiting since the remodel, and I didn’t notice any improvements. The food came out quickly, and the service was friendly, but they no longer have staff circulating in the dining area to refill drinks. The menu options were disappointing; you can choose between grilled chicken nuggets or a grilled chicken sandwich, but they don’t offer grilled chicken tenders. I was trying to avoid carbs, but paying $13 for kiddie nuggets just doesn’t seem right for adults."

"Vegan Thai Food for the Win! Thai Cottage consistently impresses us. My wife and I are big fans of Thai cuisine, particularly the herbal options they offer. The service is exceptional, and the dishes are always fresh and delicious! We ordered the Yellow Tofu Curry and Tofu Pad Thai (with extra peanuts, of course!). We would definitely order these again without hesitation. Thank you, Thai Cottage, for providing great vegan options!"

"A server arrived almost immediately to take our drink orders, and a few minutes later, she brought our drinks and took our food orders once we were ready to go through the menu and ask some questions. I ordered three pieces of fried catfish with fries and Cajun corn, while my wife opted for a plate that included fried shrimp, hush puppies, and sides of Cajun corn and dirty rice. I was a bit concerned that the large group's orders might delay ours, but our food arrived in a very timely manner. I also noticed that some other couples who came in after us were being served at a good pace. Throughout our meal, the staff regularly checked on us and made sure our drinks were filled as soon as they were half empty. The food was delicious, although next time, I plan to be more mindful of the portion sizes. I tried one of my wife's hush puppies and really enjoyed it; I wish it had come as part of my meal. I think I'll ask for it next time. The only time we had to wait was for the check. We took our time enjoying the meal, and we were out the door within an hour of our arrival."

"My first time going here was to meet a friend. It had a Sports Bar look and dark feel about the place. Not somewhere I would have randomly walked into on my own accord.Nonetheless, I tasted a slice of her pizza right out of the oven and was shocked at how good it tasted. Have I been under a rock and not heard about this place in Pearland? That butter garlic herb crust SHOOK me to my core. It was a little bit of heaven on a crust. Gamechanger.....I was hooked at my first bite I loved the TOUCHDOWN pizza (no olives) SO MUCH SO that I ordered that same pizza to go THREE days in a row. YES!!!!I could not get enough of that herb butter crust. Each day the pizza was perfect except on the 3rd day. I ordered an XL Touchdown w/ no olives- add bacon. The toppings were barely there, the outer crust was dry with no oil/butter liquid they usually put on there and it tasted OFF for some reason. The herb seasoning was scarcely sprinkled around the crust. UGH! I immediately contacted the Manager named Jessica and asked if the usual cook was off that night bcas something was truly wrong with my pizza. I craved that wonderful exp from before. She apologized and agreed to replace it …Thank you very much!I have not tried anything else on the menu but I will after reading the comments about the wings being good. I inquired if they sold, in the restaurant, the herb spice mixture they put on every pizza and was told the Owner gets it from HIS very own spice shop located in League City called Gulf Coast Spice Company at 1422 E Main St. You can thank me later.. Ask for the Italian seasoning OR pizza seasoning. It is also sold in bulk.Yay for me. I am going to the spice shop to get some seasoning and try it on grilled chicken and make some turkey meatballs using it.My mouth is watering just thinking about it. That seasoning around their pizza crust makes their pizza unique and delish. Truly good pizza. Great gem of a place tucked away from the street. Parking: Well lit and ample parking during the day. Gets crowded at night because several restaurants share that same parking space."

"First time trying this place out, kept hearing amazing things about it and was a little disappointed in the overall food quality and taste.... First let me say the portion size was actually impressive. I got the Smoked Chicken Loaded Baked Potato and it is HUGE, along with a pint of Mac N Cheese and a small banana pudding which all were, again, decent portions. Now, as for the quality and flavor, the food was a bit cold when it got here, but it happens when you have food delivered. Parts of the potato were pretty hard, like it wasn't cooked all the way through, the BBQ sauce was not my favorite at all. The flavor wasn't horrible, but not great, and the consistency was like water. Would have loved if it was thicker and a little more savory. The Mac n Cheese pint wasn't worth the $9.95, doesn't have much flavor and again, was a bit runny, rather than thick and cheesy. The Banana Pudding was probably my favorite, though nothing particularly special sticks out about it. Overall rating would be a 5/10. "It's been a while since my last visit to this restaurant. I used to come here regularly over two years ago, so I decided to stop by again to see if anything had improved. I ordered gumbo and oyster nachos to go, but I was completely disappointed when I got home. I don't understand what they were thinking. The oyster nachos were not properly assembled and had a very poor presentation. There were maybe 4 or 5 tiny oysters on the plate. What's going on? This was the reason I stopped visiting this place—poor food quality and terrible presentation. It was just awful."

"We enjoyed ourselves at this location, this Saturday afternoon. We were seated fast and our waitress came over a few minutes later. She was very helpful with certain items I hadn’t tried before. She also let us know that she’d be getting off soon. And we’d have a new waiter, the new waitress came over and introduced herself shortly after that. Our food came and both dishes were HOT!! The drinks were good as well. Some diners only give the bad experience. But I believe that if you visit a different location. Where the experience was better, you should share that as well. Thank you to the Kirby location. We appreciate it!!!"

"The wait staff is usually on top of needs, and the restaurant (including bathroom) is always clean. The only reason for 4 stars is the kitchen is slow to get food out. It always tastes great, but I suspect the plates are always so hot because part of the order just sits under the heat lamp while other parts lag behind. Parking: Spaces are not too tight, and there's plenty of it. Not really any shady spots for lunch time parking, though. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with menu/crayons and play structure outside with good seating options to be able to eat and play at the same time. Can't forget the soft serve ice cream for dessert! "We were really let down by the Christmas food this year. Our family has always had a high opinion of Kelley's, but the Christmas dinners we ordered from the Pearland Broadway location for takeout did not meet the usual standards. The turkey dinners for four adults were lacking in turkey, and most of the containers were filled with cornbread dressing instead. The side dishes were decent, but the green beans were tasteless and honestly not well prepared. We even found bean stems in two of the orders. Overall, given the amount we spent and the significance of the day, we were very disappointed with the food from Kelley's this Christmas."

"I've been going to Mongos for years now and I really just am a regular customer who just really loves their food. But this restaurant is my favourite for many reasons. The staff is nothing short of kind, thoughtful and professional. I have never had a bad waiter and the manager ben is nothing but kind. The staff here is top tier I usually dine in and get a table for one, the staff here at this point know my order just by my name/face. And my food has never not been fresh, delicious , cold...etc. Thank you Mongos for continuing to be my favourite restaurant spot."

"You NEED to try this chicken!!! The chicken is grilled to perfection. It has a great char on the outside but stayes juicy and moist on the inside. It has a delicious citrus marinade that will blow your mind. Don't forget to ask for house salsa and avocado salsa. My way to eat this is pouring the house salsa on the chicken and pouring the avocado salsa on the beans and rice. This place is such a great value as well. They have a 10 piece family meal for $20 or a 14 piece meal for $25. It's more affordable than McDonald's and way healthier! I highly recommend this place. Great food and the staff is very friendly and well trained. The manager Many is doing a phenomenal job! Keep up the great work!???"

"What's not to love? My wife and I each had a burger that we enjoyed. I had the double meat classic, she had the Spicy Hickory Burger. . My burger was well cooked with fresh toppings. The bun was soft but sturdy enough to support the burger. It was delicious. . My wife remarked that the hickory sauce was spicy, and I scoffed that she was wimpy. However, it really was spicy... a real nice zing. . I loved their French fries. They were the fat fries that I particularly enjoy. Some of them had that crunchy exterior and pillowy interior that are the hallmark of perfect fries. . Service was fast, food was great. Again, what's not to love?"

"If I could rate zero stars I would. I went to west Pearland location where the staff was attentive and friendly, but the quality of the food was sub par. Ordered 2 lbs of crawfish where the initial batch was fairly good given it's just the start of the season. However second batch had substantial dead crawfish (see attached photo). I requested another order but same bad results; it must have been the bottom of the bag. If that's the case, either management did not care, too cheap to trash, or cooks we're not trained to throw out the dead ones before cooking. It makes you wonder if they change the water boil between lunch and dinner. In short, if you want to pay for dead crawfish and GI problems the next day, please drop on by and waste your money and time. I think I'll give it another try when crawfish season starts back up again in April NOT!"

"I just went through the drive-thru, and everything was perfect! The service was friendly, and it all moved quickly, despite the long line wrapped around the building. Don't forget to ask for an extra Canes sauce; one just isn't enough! The chicken was also spot on every time. It's much better than the chicken place on the opposite corner of the intersection."
