"While this might not typically be an issue, the problem was that right outside that door was the smoking area for both customers and employees. As a result, we ended up enjoying our meal along with a side of cigarette smoke. To add to the atmosphere, the table next to us was vaping and blowing thick clouds of vapor towards the entrance. Despite the distractions, we managed to force down most of our meal, though honestly, we would have had a better experience just buying frozen dinners from the grocery store next door and eating at home. The pizza was decent, but the spaghetti sauce tasted like a generic brand you'd find in a supermarket, while the alfredo sauce was passable enough to be compared to a name brand. As I write this, I find myself clutching the toilet in the grocery store next door, with my wife in the women's restroom doing the same. "This restaurant had a very tasty menu when we were in. I think they rotate it seasonally. It was also the best to eat inside, not a takeout when sides could get all soggy. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and amount of food. Service staff was fun amlnd polite. Definitely worth checking out. Also, if there is no parking, I believe they have a deal with a business across the street for any overflow. Cheers!"

"My experiences here have generally been satisfactory, though there have been numerous occasions when the organization seemed lacking. Using discounts can also be a bit tricky. I came with friends recently, and by the time we nearly finished our meals, their sub was finally ready. Unfortunately, no one let us know it was done; it was just left sitting on the counter behind the register. On the positive side, the food is always fresh and well-prepared. Just look at this sub! I'm absolutely thrilled about the new bread option—it was definitely needed!"

"I went in with my father and was blatantly ignored. People who came in after us where served before someone was willing to take our order. The individual who was working the bar refused to even acknowledge us we patiently waited for someone to ask if we wanted anything the woman behind the bar still refused to speak us. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is that the food was good. We won't be there if that woman is."

"My daughter and I visited this Establishment yesterday around 11:20am. It took about an hour and a half to receive our food, other patrons even came to our table to say we 've gotten our food and you still haven 't we patiently waited still. Finally our food came, no complaints about the actual food...here is my ISSUE...when my daughter took the tab to the counter to pay, she politely asked Can we get any discount for having to wait over an hour and a half? ...the guy at the register didn 't know how to adjust the price, so he called for our waitress by the name of Lisa! She came over, snatched the receipt from the guy and said in a very audible and irritable manner JUST GIVE THEM $4 OFF! I SWEAR, SOME PEOPLE!! and proceeded to walk back off. My daughter stares at her in disbelief and says Dang, so you have an attitude?? LIsa replies I 'VE TRIED TO BE NOTHING BUT NICE TO THESE PEOPLE! (still very annoyed with us) Mind you, we never said anything about her personality, just the wait..so my daughter just stands there still looking at her as she shuffled back behind the counter! Lisa turns around and gives her the elementary school(WHAT YOU LOOKING AT ME FOR neck rolling gesture back towards her! I immediately got my daughter and my 10mo old grandbaby, and we left! I decided to leave the premises before Mama Bear kicked in and told this rude a waitress about herself..I decided to take the high road, but I was infuriated that she would speak to her customers in that manner! Despicable!! I hadn 't been there in two years because of a previous issue, but decided to give them another try...NEVER AGAIN!"
