The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. I called in an order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, yet I ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes at the restaurant.

Food was very high quality and I felt I got what I paid for. Good friendly service. I ordered the seared tuna salad which ch was very good. It came with miso soup which personally I did not care for the taste.

Great food, always a favorite! However the staffing seems too low, the last couple visits we ended up waiting around 45 minutes for a chef at the grill to be available. Otherwise everything was excellent and you get more than enough food for your buck plus a fun experience.

First visit- really good sushi. The place was packed on a Friday at 6pm. They had a couple people call in sick, so good took about an hour, but the meal was worth waiting on. Second visit- Sushi still good, though the tuna was a little dry. Service was great. Food was out pretty quick.

As we were about to leave, I asked the waitress about my meal, only to be met with a blank stare and a simple, dismissive response. There seemed to be no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, which left me feeling quite disappointed. This restaurant is conveniently located near my home, and we've been coming here for sashimi and sushi for several years. However, the last time we had sushi there, two months ago, the tuna was not fresh and appeared to be frozen. Additionally, my Japanese friend mentioned that they no longer know how to make sushi rice properly—or any rice, apparently, as indicated by the situation with our missing steamed rice.

Drove in on Sunday to place an order for Monday at 5:00 pm. Ordered a love boat for $79.00. Arrive to pick up order an was told it would be 45 minutes or so longer to get the order. I explained that it was to be ready at 5. So they ask for 10 or 15 minutes more. I received a small box of sashimi only no sushi and one small California roll. I really feel cheated as I was do a lot more food. ? very sad an disappointed. Lied to my face and cheated me to boot.

I feel really bad for only giving 2 stars, but here's why. I had made a reservation for 6pm and my party was not all there at 6 so we could not all be seated yet (we didn't know but that's okay the entire party was there by 6:15). I notified the hostess and I was told they're cleaning up the table and to give them a couple minutes. So about 15 minutes later we were able to be taken back to our seats. We ordered fairly quickly but the disappointing part was that we were told they were short handed on chefs after being sat an hour and a half. We all understood the short handed staff was working hard. We do not blame them. But we watched people come in well after us and eat and leave before us.... Voir le carte
