"I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. My pick-up order was incorrect. I called to notify them and they confirmed that they had taken the order down correctly. I had ordered fish with toppings and cheese, but instead received plain fish with just cheese. Additionally, my order was missing three ice creams that were supposed to come with the desserts. The guy on the phone was unfriendly and responded with an attitude, asking, "What do you want us to do?" At that point, I decided not to engage further and hung up. I absolutely love Baker's! It's a cozy little spot with a cheerful ambiance. Lunchtime there is the highlight of my Fridays. Norm, the owner, is laid-back and friendly, as are all of his staff. Every dish I've tried has been delicious, especially the chicken Parmesan wrap, which was fantastic. The prices are very reasonable as well. Overall, I give it a perfect score: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

Had our 20 year class reunion at Bakers. It was cozy, and even though we had our group, the customers were amazing with us taking photos and mingling. After dinner we moved to the downstairs portion bar. It was an evening to never forget. Thank you to Bakers for letting us reminisce and be with one another without issue. Absolutely amazing establishment. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will absolutely be back to enjoy another night!
