I love their pretzels! It's so convenient now that they are available inside some Walmart stores. I no longer have to make a special trip to the UP Mall in Mishawaka to satisfy my pretzel craving!

These are undoubtedly the best pretzels I've ever had! I'm a big fan of the bites, and I've never had a bad experience at this place. The staff—Ana, Devon, and Calli—are exceptionally friendly and always make an effort to ensure that everyone is satisfied. You should definitely give it a try; you won't regret it!

They offer the best hot pretzels I've ever tasted, and there’s a great selection of dipping sauces available. However, I'm not a fan of the fact that the restaurant is located within a Wal-Mart. If they were in a more standalone location, I would definitely give them a 5-star rating. It’s a bit disappointing that I have to go to Wal-Mart just to enjoy my favorite pretzels.

Ben's Soft Pretzels offers the best hot pretzels I've ever tasted, with a great variety of dipping sauces to choose from. The only downside is that the store is inside a Wal-Mart, which I really dislike. If they were located anywhere else, miles away from Wal-Mart, I would gladly give them 5 stars, because having to go there just to enjoy my favorite pretzels is a bit disappointing.
