Family ate here following graduation. Service as great, food filling, a bit pricey but satisfying. Enjoyed the experience.

The young staff at this restaurant is doing an excellent job. The bistro tables were beautifully arranged, and the service was attentive. The food was not only well-presented but also delicious. The instructor is doing a fantastic job guiding these young people.

This is excellent. The students do a great job. The vegetables are organically grown on the premise. The food was excellent. I have dined here before, and I finally feel compelled to write this review. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the service; the server was rude, and the food was far from impressive. For fine dining at only $8.00 per person! The Bistro is one of the treasures of Hall County. This restaurant is an extension of Lanier Career Academy, and the food is prepared by students (under the direction of a chef) and served by students. The program is for Hall County high school students who are interested in the food industry. The menus change each week, and the restaurant is only open for lunch Wed. Fri. Once a month, the menu is extended and they open for dinner on a Friday night.
