"Every was absolutely UNSEASONED, other than the fries everything came unseasoned. The Grilled Chicken Alfredo tasted STRAIGHT OUT OF A CAN, with lack of flavor, love and dignity. If BJs cares anything about their reputation they would take this off the menu immediately OR reconstruct the dish altogether. The Deep Dish Ziti tasted like CHEAP pasta with pizza toppings poured over it 4/10. The Mac and Fried Couscous Mac Cheese Balls were the BIGGEST disappointment being absolutely bland and terrible, allin all my experience with BJs was a 2/10 !"

Love BJ's! We go here all the time and the food/service/drinks are always on point! A little pricey but worth it

Ordered the Italian Chicken Parmigiana Pasta with fettuccine noodles and Alfredo sauce. Food was delivered hot but was not very good. The chicken tasted like store bought patties and the Alfredo sauce very bland with no taste. Very disappointing since the dish was expensive and NOT worth the money spent!!

As is typical, BJs forgets the sauce. Part of the deliciousness of pot stickers is the sauce. Also the sliders were so overdone and I feel like the fries had been sitting under a lamp for hours. There were also so few of them. I generally avoid BJs and these experiences remind me why. Do not recommend. Just no attention to detail.

we love ordering from here and do often. but the last couple of times have been iffy. my Jumbo Spaghetti And Meatballs was great, but the ice cream that came with the Triple Chocolate Pizookie Made With Ghirardelli had obviously fully melted before and just been tossed back in the freezer (it had freezer burn and the lid was all smooshed like it had been wet) and the last time we got a pizookie it wasnt fully cooked (the middle was just batter). so its usually great but the last couple times havent hit the mark.
