That said, the attentive service and overall quality of the dishes here were very commendable and certainly worthy of a return visit. The prime rib was excellent, and the tips were also very good, as were the Au gratin potatoes, though they were a bit on the thick side. The green beans with bacon exceeded expectations, and the sautéed mushrooms with onions and tri tips, paired with a baked potato, were prepared and presented just as requested. Unfortunately, the dessert—peach cobbler—fell short of expectations. Regardless of being a chain, this particular location is one we keep returning to because they remain consistent and strive to please their customers. Looking forward to seeing you again, Angus! Server tells us the kitchen is backed up AFTER we ordered. Shrimp appetizer looked and tasted freezer burned, sent it back. We were able to choose another appetizer. Ordered a beer and waited almost 20 minutes for it to arrive after I had to remind her. It wasn't ice cold anymore like it had been sitting there for a while.

We ordered the mushroom dish and the blue filet, both of which were amazing. The menu was a bit confusing since it didn't indicate that there were two additional pages, but that turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The meat was cooked to perfection and tasted great even as leftovers. Although it was a bit pricey at $75 for two steaks, it was a delightful night out.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Considering the price, my food wasn't prepared as it should have been, and the waitress was quite unpleasant. Although the manager tried his best to make things right since it was my birthday, the overall service from the staff felt unrefined for a premium steakhouse. With the combination of the cost and the quality of service, I can't recommend this place highly.

The service and food were excellent. I highly recommend Black Angus Steakhouse if you're in the mood for a delicious, juicy steak without the exorbitant prices of high-end steakhouses. At Black Angus, you can expect a steak cooked to perfection, and if it's not, they'll happily redo it. I suggest choosing a larger location if possible, as this venue is on the smaller side; alternatively, making a reservation is a great idea.
