My mistake for ordering delivery. This looks as if it was tossed on a hot stove for a few seconds, then flipped, and called done.

I had my first lobster there. I haven’t found a lobster as good as your restaurant….so far. Parking: We had no problem finding parking. It was dinner time also. 6-7 pm.

Prime Rib is great , however ... they sat us down in an empty corner of the restaurant (we have long cowboy beards) ... the waitress wanted to sell and sell and was upset when we got no desert. Voir le carte

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. Our service was outstanding—Nina R (#1017) was polite, kind, and made sure to check on us frequently, which I really appreciated. She also took the time to answer all my questions.

Yesterday me and my family went to dinner at 5:45 p.m. and didn't get out of there until 7:00 p.m. service was horrible we got our food and it was cold I do not recommend this place at all just horrible?? when we finally did get our food we asked for to go box they couldn't even get the drinks right we waited 40 minutes for a drink NEVER AGAIN ?

The food, excellent. I do miss 8oz choices for some steaks on the menu. So many 12oz 'ers, you may as well plan on some home-refrigerated steak the next day. I 'm a senior and grrreatly appreciate email offers, but I 'm trying to get used to the app. Special offers make this restaurant more affordable for me, so I especially like that there 's always an offer every week and every visit. The only downside that I observe in using the app is that, if you come with a friend and one check is written, the points go to one person. Every time we make a reservation for five, we're placed at a round table in the bar area. If I wanted to sit at the bar, I would have chosen to do so. I must have had over 50 people pass by my chair and table during our meal. To make matters worse, the bar patrons were loud, enjoying their cocktails, cheering for the games on TV, and taking tequila shots. The bar stools were all occupied, and there were people standing around the bar, waiting for their reservations or for a seat to become available. I really wish they wouldn't use these bar seats for regular dining, unless you don't mind where you sit. Going out for dinner is a special treat for my family, and it's not something we do regula...

Ok, this was my first time ever at this restaurant and I can't believe how horrible the service was at this establishment. We started off by being seated by hostess just to wait 15 minutes for our server who failed to reappear during my visit. We were instead served by thier General Manager John Akillian. Speaking of thier manager during my time here he or no servers ever came to check up on me or offer a refill of my water. I finished my meal and yet nobody came to check on me to see if I wanted a refill or not while John continued to entertain the booths beside me. I made an attempt to catch his attention but he just walked right beside me. The restaurant was not that busy and I projected...

The server was rude, served us the wrong order. When my husband question her why the steak is small this time (we always order the same item), her reply “IT'S CORRECT SIZE, THEY WEIGHED IT MAYBE BECAUSE IT HAS MORE FATS” and left immediately ignoring my husband who was handing her the used side plates. My husband also ordered another glass of wine which was never served. She came back but didn't even look at my husband but instead asked my son in law if he needs anything else. She never came to ask how's our meal. Second time she came back, she ignored again my husband and all of us noticed her being hostile towards my husband.
