"Management here is horrible we called ahead asked for seating for 20 2 days ahead ok. Show up they attempt to seat our group apart from each other. At the time only 3 tables and 1 booth were occupied. They were adamant we sat in different locations we refused after finally seating as a group we said we would be fine with 2 servers and planned to tip accordingly for the group to each. The servers were great they also informed us Management told them drag their feet serving us because they were unhappy that we sat as a group. Our final combined bill was over 400. We tipped 30% split 2 ways with both our servers in cash to both. I added an extra 20. For each server paid entire bill and was cast rude looks by management after that I asked who the general manager was ordered a number for corporate. I got neither. Management lacks so much at this location in taking care of customers keeping the bathrooms clean and not smelling like a hole in the wall back woods bar bathroom that's not been cleaned in days. Attitudes of management are not upto standards. It's a shame I've taken a group of associates here yearly for a longtime and frequent the place with my family 1-2 times weekly no longer will I spend a dime with this location..."

Food that was catered for Tanksgiving was good but, made us nauseas. Plus, someone there used my credit card for Jetblue Airways. I NEVER used that airway. I will never go to Bob's again. This experience turned me away. Sorry. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
