"The customer service was great the girl at the front was friendly but the chicken cheesesteak was just not good. You definitely do get a lot of chicken which some would say is great and can excuse taste but it’s dry and I’m like where is the grilled onions that’s supposedly on it? Just tasted like chicken on wet bread. Bread was soggy by the time I got home which was only like an 8 minute drive. Idk definitely not something I’d get again!"

"Second time there. First visit a few years ago, everything was excellent. This time, not so much. Was greeted immediately as I walked in by 2 servers behind counter. Both girls very friendly and welcoming. Wanted to try St.Louis ribs and brisket this time so I asked a few questions and ordered the combo with 2 sides, baked beans and Cole slaw. Food came out very quick, less than 10 minutes. Looked good on arrival. But as I looked closer, the ribs were from the short end and were very small, brisket was dried out looking. Well,both were very dried out and barely warm. Doused in some sauce which was very tasty but didn't help. Both sides were excellent though. Maybe just a bad day, place was quiet at time of my visit. Maybe give it one more try but for 25.00 including my soda, not worth it this time around."

"The food here never disappoints. I haven’t left a review in all of the times I’ve dined but I finally need to! The standard menu is always great but the specials Arturos comes up with are creative and perfectly. I can say the Chicken Saltimbocca is my favorite however I always find a new seafood or steak dish that I love! And obviously the apps are good. Janice was our server and bartender. She made a great white Russian and had knowledge of the IPA beers for my husband."

"Grico's is part of the Friedman group. Service, in my opinion is always good food usually. We had chicken Marsala over angel hair, and a special which was strip steak, served on risotto, a blue cheese reduction or sauce AND a red wine demi glaze, with mushrooms and onions. Steak sounds too busy but it was quite good. The blue cheese sauce wasn't too sharp, and the demi glaze wasn't too strong. It worked quite well. Chicken was unremarkable. As I mentioned, staff was friendly and very attentive. I'd return, especially if this steak was on special again. They charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. More and more places are doing this, suppose can't really grumble."
