When I mentioned that I hadn’t ordered a combo meal, she quickly changed her stance, claiming that the discount isn't applicable after 8. When I tried to clarify, she couldn't even tell me whether that meant 8 AM or 8 PM. Honestly, I really dislike coming to this place."

This restaurant is a classic Carl's Jr. I've visited several times while spending time with my family in the High Desert. The meals I've had have always been delicious and reasonably priced. The wait times are usually minimal, and there's plenty of seating available to enjoy your food. The establishment is also well-maintained and clean. I decided to give them another shot, but once again, they messed up my order. It seems they struggle to differentiate between the various chicken sandwiches on their combo menu. I ordered the bacon Swiss combo, but I received the regular one instead and was charged the additional cost. When I called to sort it out, they informed me that I would need to bring the order back, which wasn't feasible since the front was closed!
