"The food was exceptional. It appeared that the staff was slightly understaffed, and while our waitress worked hard, she mistakenly got my niece's order wrong twice. Instead of the sweet tea she requested, she received unsweetened tea, and her chicken basket with tenders was substituted with chicken wings and a side of fries. Despite this, everything else was fantastic. The outdoor view is amazing, especially on lovely days, and they do have live bands, although we didn't have the chance to see any while we were there. We will definitely return."

Amazing food. I'm from Springfield but will definitely be visiting again soon! Really good, prompt service and the outdoor seating has an AMAZING view.

The food was exceptional and the staff were fantastic. However, I'd recommend avoiding the outdoor bar unless you're a local, as the clientele appeared somewhat unfriendly. Additionally, there was a $10 cover charge during the band's performance, which felt unnecessary.

Food was great. Staff seemed short, waitress was doing her best, but messed up my nieces order twice. Ordered sweet tea, got unsweetened tea, the ordered chicken basket (tenders) with fries, got chicken wings with a side of fries. Everything else wasgreat. Hadn 't been here when it was The Rock so I don 't know how it compares but we enjoyed our experience. Now that it is Catfish Hole they serve the house fixin 's before your meal including coleslaw, hushpuppies and pickle spears. We all had a burger and itwas very good. It seemed to be the only place around that was open on a Sunday afternoon so we didn 't have a lot of options butit was a good one either way.

I didn't have the opportunity to visit when it was still The Rock, so I can't make a comparison. However, we had a great experience at The Rocks. They kicked off the meal with some house specialties before the main course, such as coleslaw, hushpuppies, and pickle spears. We all opted for burgers, which were delicious. It seemed to be one of the few places open on a Sunday afternoon, so our choices were limited, but it ended up being an excellent decision.
