"We had a bad experience with the customer service. Our app wasn’t showing the normal screen when you go to pick up Curbside so we asked one of the workers as she was walking back inside if she knew if we needed to come in or not since the app wasn’t working. The worker got our order name, said it was no problem and she’d go check on it and bring it out to us. We ended up spending the entirety of our lunch break ~40 minutes) waiting for the food, the girl we talked to never comes back out. We tried calling, it took 3 times before someone answered and they said our food was processed as carry out so we needed to come in. I understand obviously they can’t control the app not working, but the worker told us they would check on our order and bring it out to us. They never did, nor did they come out to tell us we needed to come in so waited for nothing and our food was completely cold by the time we got it."
