Sat in line for over thirty minutes. When I finally got my turn at the window I was rushed and food given to me fast like I had to hurry and go. When I opened my food, my sandwich was cold and my fries were over cooked a little. Maybe I wanted to sit at the window forever like all the cars in front of me got to do. I've visited Chick-fil-A locations in several states across the U.S., and this one is by far the slowest I've experienced. At every other Chick-fil-A I've been to, there are staff members taking orders and processing payments with iPads, which helps keep the lines moving. However, here, the average drive-thru wait time—even when using the app—is nearly 20 minutes. Overall, I'd rate the food at 4, but the service only gets a 2.

I stopped by around 3 to get a late lunch. A manager was taking orders but before I got to her she had a crew member take order so she could clock out (even though she never left) The crew member that took over was wasting time telling jokes instead of getting work done. I understand having some fun at work but I was still waiting to order. Wish I could say the food was good but never got to order and had to go back to work hungry. Service: Take out
