Chili's Grill - Carte

I had a pleasant dining experience with good food, but I found it wasn't as delicious as at some other places I’ve visited. The service was acceptable. Overall, I have to say that my first visit to this restaurant back in 2007 was a much better experience than my visit now.

I had a fantastic time during my visit! The food was delicious, and our server, Raymond, was excellent! If I lived in the area, I would definitely return. I tried the potato soup and Cajun shrimp; the shrimp could use a bit more seasoning, but it was still quite good for a restaurant.

I brought my girlfriend here to celebrate her birthday, and we had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch, and the food was excellent without breaking the bank. We loved everything we ordered, especially the dinners, which were our favorites. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their work and were happy to be there. Voir le carte

Sophia was an excellent waitress! She was incredibly attentive and contributed to a delightful dinner experience. My Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, and everyone else was also very satisfied with their meals. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend adding this Chili's location to your list of must-visit restaurants.

I absolutely love this place! It’s a comfortable spot for anyone looking to have a great time and enjoy delicious food. Jessie is the best manager I've encountered in years; she truly cares about her team and ensures that customers are well taken care of. The atmosphere is always well-managed, making it a safe and enjoyable place to eat and sip on a glass of wine. I highly recommend anyone visiting the Pinellas Park area to stop by!

I used to give this restaurant a positive review, but I can no longer do so. On my last pick-up order, they forgot my $4 extra cheese fries and promised to send me a gift card in return, but it never arrived. This time, my entire meal was undercooked—everything from the steak to the vegetables and even the fries was cold. They also overlooked my $4 queso dip, which I paid extra for. It's one thing if it were just a complimentary cup of salsa, but I paid for that dip. After these experiences, I won't be returning to this restaurant. Voir le carte

This is our go-to restaurant for a quick and easy evening meal. The specials on the back of the menu are fantastic—three items for just $10.99. I absolutely love the chicken fajitas! Make sure to sign up for the app to receive free chips and salsa. On our most recent visit, my husband ordered the mushroom burger, but unfortunately, the kitchen ran out of mushrooms, and there was no compensation offered. Nonetheless, it was still delicious. I highly recommend this place overall. Our waitress was excellent and very apologetic about the situation.

Like many recent reviews, the wait for a table was excessively long. It seems the restaurant may be understaffed, as there were several empty tables when we first arrived. However, once we were seated, the service was good. Our server was attentive and provided excellent service, checking on us throughout the meal from drinks to appetizers and the main course. The food was enjoyable, with the various dishes and appetizers served hot and delicious. While my ribs were just okay and could have been more tender, they were served on a metal tray with brown paper, which wasn't a significant drawback.

We keep giving this restaurant another chance, but it consistently lets us down. Every time we arrive, there's no one at the hostess stand to greet us. On one occasion, we were on our lunch break, and the waitress forgot to place our order. On another visit, we found hair in our food. I do want to acknowledge that the manager handled the situation professionally. However, on our third visit, we waited 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. Meanwhile, the table next to us mentioned they had been waiting over 30 minutes for their food. We love Chili's, but unfortunately, we'll have to drive out of our way to visit a different location.
