"Really disappointing customer service. I met my husband here with my son. I don't normally eat here so I walked in, went to the food area and started telling the guy that I just wanted sides. He pawned me off on another employee who asked what I wanted, I told her that we wanted fries and some veggies, etc. She started the fries and then disappeared. I was waiting for someone to return and then a rush of two other huge parties came in, were given plates (I never was) and the lady that was supposed to be helping me started checking them out. I was so confused because I had been there first and no one returned to get the rest of my order and I was never offered a plate. I had to wait over 10 minutes and I finally went to the take out around and asked if I was supposed to be doing something differently. They literally giggled at me and told me that is supposed to get a plate... problem is, the staff is supposed to give you the plate and no one ever returned to help me and then ignored me to help the two other families that came in after me. I am so disappointed since I work close and had heard good things about this place but that was not my experience."

Been a long time since I have been to Dickey's, and this location in Coppell doesn't disappoint! I will be back!

I really enjoyed the ribs and brisket. The brisket was nice and lean, and the green beans with bacon brought back memories of my grandmother's cooking. The only downside was that we didn’t get to try the macaroni sausage dish.

I'm from Emporia KS so I'm no expert on BBQ but the order I received was nothing amazing. I had pork, brisket and 1 rib although not bad it wasn't anything I'll get again. Fried okra was way over salted and fries were average. Voir le carte

We stopped by for a quick barbecue and were warmly welcomed with some of the best food around! I absolutely loved the brisket and the pulled pork with a bit of fat, while my wife enjoyed the ribs. A big thank you to their fantastic manager, Brandon, who ensured we had a great experience. With delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful sense of community, everyone should definitely try Dickey's BBQ!

This is the best Dickey's I've visited in the past 20 years. Many locations are worn down and in need of closure, but this one stands out as an exception. I've dined here three or four times and have always been satisfied. They offer a few daily specials to help with the high prices of barbecue, and their rolls are significantly better than those at other Dickey's I've tried. The staff managing the restaurant appears to be efficient, and so far, it has never been overcrowded.
