"The manager was a little testy when we arrived. Because of a bad experience in the past with an order service after 45 minutes our entrees never arrived we quickly paid the bill left , I always call ahead request Michael the server. We will not go there unless we get Michael because he is the best. The manager tried to give us another server even after I called spoke to another employee she said we would have Michael. After a couple of minutes we ended up with Michael everything was great. !! I do not want this manager dealt with, however, I own a retail business always pay it forward. "This is one of our go-to places. Love the food and service people. It has been a little hot and stuffy lately. But we love it anyway. The burgers are awesome! "Man, I used to really like this location. However, when we went there, they did almost everything wrong. Firstly, the ac was broken or wasn't working because it was so hot in there. We were starving and didn't feel like attempting to find some placeelse that would prolly be closed on a Sun evening, so we stayed. Big mistake. Secondly, not sure the heat was the reason whyservice was slow/nonexistent, but we had to ask for everything. We guzzled our drinks before we got our chips and queso, but theservers ignored our empty glasses until we asked for our refills. The food also wasn't as good as other locations. My friendcommented that portions looked like half the size of the Severn location, as well as not being as tasty. The only reason Ididn't give them 1 star was because, despite all that, the food was still tastier than next door at Carretta's. And there wasplenty of parking. And bathrooms were clean. However, we will not be back."

"Customers weren't eccentric that you bought something when you've never been there. We're a big family and we were so excited to come there because we heard so much of it.... and when I asked what's coming in, her attitude changed... every time my children asked a question, she was irritated and started to hurry. We have 11 different Poboys... and damn... I'll never get anything to the taste of this good again if I don't come back every year. Wow. "Our party of 3 dined here for the first time last week, and we are glad to report we will be returning. We had the pleasure of being served by Renee and ordered the chicken parmesan, eggplant parmesan, and lasagna, which were all very flavorful and well portioned for the price! I didn't notice until after I ordered that the eggplant parmesan is gluten free, and therefore they do not bread the eggplant. I would have rathered the breading but I can honestly say I did not miss it! Three dinner entrees and a glass of house wine came to about $60, which is a good deal. Vegetarian options: Pizza, paninis, subs, and calzones can always be ordered without meat, like the portobello mushroom, zucchini and asiago panini; eggplant parmesan; portobello mushroom parmesan; classic linguini; wild mushroom ravioli; tri-colored tortellini; four-cheese ravioli; fettuccine alfredo just to start! Parking: On a Wednesday evening, we had no trouble finding a spot in the tiny parking lot. I imagine on any weekend there would be some jockeying to find parking here. Dietary restrictions: The menu does offer specifically gluten free options.
