"Went in last night and I ordered a caramel sundae. The guy puts the ice cream in the bowl and then pours hot fudge into it. We stop him immediately and told him that we wanted caramel not hot fudge. So then he asks his coworker what he should do with that ice cream mistake and the coworker tells him to go ask someone in the store if they want it for free. Ok, correct me if I am wrong, but customer service 101 teaches that if you make a mistake that you should offer the customer you are serving the mistaken product, not some random customer. It is us who were inconvenienced and had to wait longer to get the sundae we originally ordered. These guys have no clue and the business owner should really train the crew on customer service. Lousy place!!!"

Cute mom and pop feeling kinda of shop. They give taste samples. Had 5 different vegan options. Lots of spots to sit. Not a ton of variety in the flavors themselves though.

They serve more than just ice cream here sandwiches etc. I made the mistake and got frozen yogurt instead of real ice cream. It wasn't terrible, just not the same as yogurt land ..or yogurt time .. whatever. Just get the ice cream!

I can only speak to our order of two waffle cones, the mint chocolate chip ice cream and cookies and cream. Everything was delicious, not skimpy on portions, and the gal who served us was very attentive and professional. They seem to have a variety of the things on the menu including coffees and lunch items that we didn't get to try this round. We'd definitely visit again if back in the area.
