Best donuts at the corner of Ashby College in Berkeley. Because there is only one donut store at this location so therefore these are the BEST.

The price is somewhat high (maybe due to location or BIDENflation), but they hook it up. I have a cookie sausage, egg and cheese for over $7, but it was worth filling pretty much.

I ordered a surprise bag from here on Too Good to Go, so I got an assortment that I couldn't choose. They gave a TON of donuts for a good price and even threw in a ginormous cinnamon roll. Definitely recommend the blueberry donut--you can see blueberries speckled inside!

This is one of the best donut shops in Oakland/Berkeley. They have fresh baked donuts on a daily basis. I love the Boston creme, vanilla frosted with sprinkles, and old fashion with chocolate frosting. They hand out free donuts starting at 9am on the second Saturday of each month. Be sure to get your free donut, and don't be shy to buy some amazing donuts as well!

Alex and his family are incredibly kind. This is a genuine family-owned business that gives back to the community and supports those in need. The donuts are consistently fresh and delicious, without being overly oily. They offer an extensive selection of breakfast sandwiches that are absolutely delightful. My BF always talks about this spot as his go-to before work so I told him he has to take me. We stopped in today and it was legit. I wish I tried more. I got the egg and cheese on English muffin and my BF got the egg and cheese on croissant. Both delicious! It is a solid breakfast sandwich and highly recommend. They had a nice assortment of donuts which most people seemed to be ordering and next time I am going to have to try a few. They looked delicious!

This place is a gem in the neighborhood. I really enjoy coming here on Sunday mornings for their croissant breakfast with egg, cheese, and bacon. It's simply delicious—especially after a night of indulging a bit too much in cocktails, haha. I often treat myself to one or two donuts as well; you can't go wrong with the glazed or the cruller. The staff here are wonderful and keep things moving quickly, even during busy weekends. The seating area is quite limited, so I recommend getting your food to go!

I absolutely love Dream Fluff Donuts! I find it a bit concerning when people mention cleanliness and ambiance, as it does have a slightly shady vibe, but honestly, I've seen much worse in the Bay Area. There's also a charming vintage feel to the place. Regardless, their donuts are top-notch and they offer a fantastic selection. My personal favorite is the glazed old-fashioned. The staff at the checkout are welcoming and friendly, and the store itself is quite spacious. This is definitely my go-to donut shop whenever I need a treat, and I highly recommend you give it a try!
