Dunkin' - Carte

Horrible!!!! Hardly anything in stock, drinks were made improperly, counter service attended by a guy who not only had no clue what was going on- he looked like he hadn't bathed in a couple weeks. Never going back.

The employees here are just the nicest and friendliest I've seen in a long time. Whichever girl was working the drive thru this afternoon has the worst attitude and kept rushing me. She should be let go! The way she was speaking via headset to other customers also while I was at the window waiting for my food was disgusting. She has most likely ruined everyone’s morning by now. Voir le carte

I'm normally very patient with this location. I understand food service can be stressful and I don't mind waiting. I do mind waiting 40 minutes for a mobile order that's not being attended to while other walk ins are being rung out and served. I would give a lower rating if there weren't people here who actually try. Service: Dine in

This has to be the worst Dunkin donuts in the area. Why serve cool hot coffee through the drive through? And when asked to remake it, they poured it in another cup still not hot? People work hard for their money to spend it with you. I get it, it's hard work but at least give people what they pay for. Just skip this one and go somewhere else.

All Dunkins have gone downhill in recent years. I had to tell the guy in the speaker 4 times medium iced latte whole milk THEN he asked me AGAIN at the window. Don 't know what cloud he was on or if he 's ever coming back down. I rarely write negative reviews, but I can't recommend this location. I've visited five times, and each time, my order has been completely incorrect. I always order through the app, so it's not a communication issue. If you do decide to go to this location, make sure to double-check your order. I can almost guarantee that something will be missing, wrong, or even someone else's order.

Being completely hounest. This dunkins is so horrible. The employees can't get any order correct, simple or not. If you try to apply there it takes them forever to respond or they never look at your submission. The food is crushed sometimes, and half the time cold. 9+ employees where working at the time and only 2 people were working while the rest stood there being unless. Dunks is losing money this way and has got to be going out of business because of this. Nobody should have to deal with food and services this bad. I wouldn't doubt it if this dunkins has multiple health violations.

On the second day, I waited again at the second window, and after 10 minutes with no response, I honked my horn. Still, no one came to the window, so I had to back up and tell the same lady that I had been waiting for too long for my bagel. She glanced at her phone before acknowledging me and mentioned that they must have forgotten while three other employees were chatting at the counter. By the time we finally received the bagel, my child's ice in her drink had completely melted, and the bagel was so cold that she didn't even want to eat it. This experience has made me think twice about ever returning to this Dunkin' again, which is part of the reason I haven’t been back in over 10 years!... Voir le carte
