I appreciate that this spot isn't fancy and doesn't overcharge for plates filled with fillers! If you're looking to indulge in seafood while at the beach, this is definitely the place to go! After our feast, we still had a little appetite left, so we ordered a few crab cakes, which were the perfect finishing touch! The staff was courteous and attentive, providing great service and engaging in friendly conversation. This restaurant has been around for a while, but they treated us like we were their very first customers! When we return to the area, we will definitely be enjoying FATCRAB'S again!"

I had one of the best meals of my life at this restaurant! The Alaskan steam pot is a must-try for anyone craving crab legs in the Outer Banks. Wow, just take a look at it! It's amazing! We will definitely return the next time we’re in the area!

It has a fishy appearance and a fishy smell, but with Frank's hot sauce and Tabasco, it's all worth it! The spicy seafood gumbo was probably the spiciest and most delicious I've ever had. The Conch Fritters were excellent, and the mango habanero is absolutely to die for! Definitely worth the trip.

As someone who usually tips around 20% across the board, I found the extra requests from our group could have easily led to a $300 bill. However, that’s no longer the case. We had to re-evaluate and create an entirely new dinner order. This is certainly not how to treat eager customers who want to spend money while on vacation.
